The absolute worse food quality experience that I’ve ever had! I ordered the fish sandwich and from the first bite it was filled with nothing but disappointment. The fish patty was very stale, hard and tasteless. The bottom bun looked as though it had been sitting out for 2 weeks in box full of roaches (I literally vomited). The only positive aspect of this experience was the BK support through their app; they were apologetic and resolved my issue quickly with a $5 credit.

Second Amendment

My whole experience down to the food was horrible.I could not even eat my soggy Crispy chicken sandwich. My order was number 15 in the drive through on dec.13.2024 if you desire to make improvements to your operation. Start with personality upgrades instead of hiring just for staffing

Food is good but extremely conservative on sauces and fries/onion rings even after spending $40 on food. They gave me one sauce and made me pay for extra. Very disappointed.

I had a wonderful experience with the staff. They were professional and their timing was perfect. I was even asked if the type of music was okay for me.

I'm not sure what happened about the bad experience people had here but I can't relate. My experience was a positive and comfortable one.

I am so sick of trying to give this location a chance. They ALWAYS take FOREVER in the drive thru. This is not the first mess up either but I am just completely fed up. I ordered the new fiery chicken sandwich. They gave me the wrong chicken patty, and no bacon. How do you get the only order in cue wrong?! Literally no one was there because they were also out of whopper patties. I went all the way home, find out and then call them just to be told that the only thing they can offer me for my inconvenience is to just remake it. Nothing for my inconvenience, no partial refund or a drink or a side. Apparently I was speaking to the manager, she was so proud to say she was the manager as if it was a FU. I changed my mind after her "I AM THE MANAGER!" I was afraid of what they would do to my remade food. So I just decided to finally put down my one star review. This location has been horrible since covid. When they refused to open the dining area MONTHS after lock down ended and all of them were getting high inside. They all constantly smelled like weed and were incredibly slow and incompetent. I tried coming again this year but I'm still so incredibly disappointed.

In all my experiences, this has to be the worst Burger King in the United States. Quality control on every aspects is zero to none. Have it your way here is impossible.

Don't be fooled by the location. One of the worst burger kings waits ever. Got stuck in line and couldn't get out even if I wanted to with cars backed up. 6 mins wait to even order food not even including the wait to pay and get their food. For this it's not worth it at all to go during a lunch break took most of my lunch to even get the food. Might as well eaten at a restaurantfor it would've been quicker
