This place is consistent if you are clear about what you want. You have to be in fast food or they will serve you whatever has been sitting there for too long past its prime. Ive been in retail and know food costs and balancing what you make with the business, but fast food workers dont think about quality but just shoving bags out the windows and food on a tray.
Theyre all nice and amicable, but you can't teach pride in what you serve. The bacon bites are gross! Do not order them!

I am actually impressed with the quality of the food. I did the trio with a whopper junior, bacon burger and original chicken sandwich. Everything was well prepared and tasty. There was no wait and the place was clean it had been a while since I had burger king but this experience went well and I will be back.

Came to pick up an Uber Eats order at 7:05 Dec 28 and the door was locked and nobody answered the drive thru, I pulled up to the window and blew my horn twice and sat there for 10 mins until someone finally came to the window but I saw her passed the window and she didn’t look my way!! This is horrible service!!
3rd time in a row they dont have something, first day french fries, 2nd day they didnt have busn for the burgers and 3rd time they didnt have oreo shake, at this point i feel like the guy is so lazy that didnt want to serve. Took 5 minutes to take my order the guy was in the back vaping saw me pulling over and didnt care, service is terrible, never going back.

Except some slipperiness on the floor, this place is pretty good.
It is very convenient off Memorial Drive and Diary Ashford. It is spacious and large windows. People at counter are courteous and friendly. I visited during Monday lunch time, food preparation was quick and fresh.
I would not hesitate to revisit.

I was the only person in the drive thru line, was told to pull around front to wait for my order. 10 minutes later they came out with half of my order, I had to remind them that there was more. They must have ended up grabbing whatever they could, because the items were not what I ordered. Then to top it off everything was cold.
