Would be zero stars if I could!! This is by far the worst Burger King in Houston!!! Between the extremely long wait and bad customer service and now they can’t even order their supplies properly they are constantly out of items (onion rings in particular). Their managers are the absolute worst!! Just tear this place down and put something else that we can actually enjoy!!!

Very bad service, I ordered the #1 with cheese and when I got home, I saw that they didn't put any cheese in it. I called the store and a nice person answered me, who obviously didn't feel like talking, and he rudely told me that he was going to call him Alanager and hung up on me. What kind of service is that?

Order nuggets and fries. The fries were perfect, straight hot from the fryer. The nuggets were refried and/or burned.

Looked closed, but it was under renovation. The food was good, though, and the service was fantastic
They do not open at 6am. I've been multiple times at 6:00 - 6:20 in the morning and no one answers at the speaker or come to the window even though there's a car out front.

The food at memorial is HORRIBLE, everything is sloppy, isn’t portioned correctly at all and there is a bunch of teenagers at the back on their phones. Their service is OK. This black ginger girl starred at me cluelessly until someone else had to come and ask me what I needed (I had a pick up order!). The atmosphere is very very quiet not noisy at all I love that but everything else is completely awful. Btw I’m a 17 year old writing my first review, this is how horrible the food was. The bacon tastes old and ruined my whole burger, I’ve got extra everything when I asked for regular. I KNOW that my have portion cups or they have some way of portioning things because I used to be a fast food worker at Panera and trust, our sandwich came out better than these sloppy burgers came out. i went to 19900 Keith harrow blvd Burger King the other day and today i wanted Burger King and I was disappointed because the Burger King down by Katy was a 10/10 isn’t sloppy AT ALL. Portions are perfect and correct and they are extremely sweet. So now I’m pissed.
