The location at 1862 Mt. Houston does not honor the weekly coupon to get $3 whopper. This is an online coupon on Wednesday . I was told the reason was it is a franchise. I gets I will start going to Whataburger.

Sat in the drive through after the automaton came over the speaker and asked me for my order for over 30 minutes. Finally came to the window for an explanation for employees to be heard talking in the background with no explanation behind the dark tinted window. 24 Hours my behind.

I bought a kids meal and they charge $1.49 extra for fries that apparently come in the meal when i told guy in the speaker he said that only shows at my end them i chexked my receipt and told the guy in the window he continuously kept saying is not a extra charge when it clearly is guy .theycharge 24.10 with tax when i took the 1.49 amount should of been less make sure you check your receipt i wonder how many people they do this to in a day i go here daily and never been charged for fries 1.49

I tried ordering a single texas whooper and was told they didn't have it. As a regular customer, I have ordered this item before. I feel like the cashier didn't even try checking the menu to make sure if it was on the menu. I was very disappointed with the service in this location.

Says they are open 24 hours. I’ve been in line waiting for 20 minutes all to get to the speaker for them to tell me they are cleaning the grill and fryer and will not be taking any orders for 45 minutes. Yet the cars in front of me all got their food. I will be talking to corporate on this one.
