There was a dirty bandaid in my medium fries! I was eating when I seen it in the box! This is beyond gross. Proper action should be taken to ensure quality and safety for the consumers of your franchise! I have photos!

Always bad when I decide to give them another chance. Doesn't matter wich one you go to if you order at the speaker you have to repeat what you said twice and when you get to the window somehow they have forgotten what you order and you have to say it again. Prices are ridiculous, and the workers are always rude.

Came in at 2:30 pm 11/27. There was one car in drive thru when I walked in and there was one lady at the back door spray painting the door black. I was standing at the counter and no one acknowledged me or said it would be a moment. They looked and walked away. I was the only one in line. You need help with your customer service skills.
It’s such a breath of fresh air when you receive great service hot food and your order is correct and this establishment (Location) here is very good at that nothing short of amazed thank you for hiring great employees great representation of the management

10/5/24 @ 0645 Give my order. Fully loaded crosandwich meal with a large coke. Get to the window and have to give my order again. The lady still hands me a small coke. I look at her and say large. She gives me my food and the hashbrowns are old and stale as hell. I tell the so called manager that it's ridiculous to have to keep repeating my order. She was too busy making coffee so she shook her head and walked off. I had to get out my truck and take the old hashbrowns back inside to get fresh ones..smh
