I went there the other night through drive-thru and I saw a young man without uniform to what I saw staggering and under the influence put his hands from his pants moving sandwiches around on the slide where they slide the burgers down from the kitchen I told the manager and cuz he moves my sandwich and the lady got upset and rip Sebago sandwich out of my hands was talking crap cuz I don't look Latino but I understand 100% customer service has really gone down there

Horrible food! We ordered our meals "Off The Brouler" and they were clearly microwaved or something. Even with that they were super dry abd barely warm.

I ordered extra everything and there was badly any ketchup or lettuce. I would call it light in bith. There were extra pickles and tomato. But it didn't help with the dryness. Neither did a little cup of ketchup.

Wish we hadn't stopped. My stomach is rolling and I can't get the nasty old burger taste out of my mouth.

Fatal, I placed two orders online and paid for them. I went to pick up the two orders and they only gave me one order and they said that they had no more orders for me and they couldn't give me anything. I showed them the receipt and order number and the girl didn't even attend to me. She ignored me, I told her that I was showing her the receipt of the two orders that she was going to make to solve that problem if they were already paid for and then another employee came, perhaps the one in charge, and in a flash she found my order on the computer so that they have it there. the person who served me and the truth is super rude and my potatoes were all cold my coke was all watered down with the ice melted they took a long time to give me my order apart from a customer shouting at them a horrible atmosphere for me it even made it dangerous for me that something would happen with the rude customer shouting To the employee, I was super upset and uncomfortable because of the situation and I didn't even want to eat anymore. They need to train the managers more.

very horrible experience, yahaira or however you spell her name has a horrible attitude. She was very upset for doing her job and getting an attitude when it was just my car and one behind me. I need to speak with the GM about how you need to properly train your staff

Literally walked to Burger King to buy food for my family and all the doors for the inside lobby were locked at 7pm. Personally I was very disappointed and don’t want to buy food there anymore. And to add on there was a female employee just sitting there on their phone by the front doors as well.

I stopped by here after taking a friend to IAH. I ordered a #1 breakfast and the sandwich looked like and tasted like it was microwaved. The croissant was stuck to the paper. The cashier tried to overcharge me, but I corrected her. If I wanted a microwaved breakfast sandwich I would have gone to the gas station.
