Absolutely horrendous service. We waited over 10 minutes no one came out of to take our order or even greeted us and said I’ll be right there. When we asked the cashier (are you planning to get our order) she replied and said I’m the only one is here. Why would you open establishment and you are short on employees and offer garbage service. Will never be back again. The cashier had terrible attitude. Wow wow

Normally me and my family have a good experience but this time my wife found a grey hair in her burger and her sweet tea tasted like watered down unsweetened tea.

This was by far the worst Burger King visit I’ve ever had. The drive-thru took forever, even though the lobby and the drive thru was empty. The employee at the speaker sounded annoyed, rushed me, and still failed to take my order. I asked if I could order at the window and she told me to go back around into the line because she couldn’t take orders at the window for which is so unreasonable since they didn’t respond to me when I was trying to order through the speaker

I don’t expect luxury from fast food, but this location failed the basics

Thanks allot burger king If you are a fan of reviewing your local restaurants don't go here we stop here after work with my family to get dinner. I had a coupon that gives you a free a sandwich for your survey participation.
have to buy 2 items of the menu before you receive the free sandwich.. which i had no problem on doing so.. first the lady step away from the counter. After few minutes she came back and told us that she cannot use coupon code because I did not purchase the original sale from them... no where in the receipt specified that....

Seen an employee bring uncooked food in multiple bags out to the trunk of her car. Kinda weird. Hopefully they aren’t bringing that to another location or something.

Are your employees huffing paint or eating lead?

I ask because seems ordering a #1 with a coke in the drive thru should be a fairly easy task that you wouldn't have to repeat 3 times or take 5 minutes to do considering you do it from open to close.

I just can't get my mind around how something that takes very little skills can be so damned complicated.

I just drove off to Broadway location and the entire transaction from ordering at the drive thru to getting my food took less than 3 min.

Ive had multiple times that I have to come back because my order is wrong. Today was no exception, I ordered in coke slushy. I just decided not to go back this time. What ever they but in it was horribly disgusting. I live near by but for now on I will drive extra just to avoid going the there.
