So first of all the morning shift seems like they don’t want to be there which ofc it’s a job understandable and when they took my order they got it wrong I asked for chicken nuggets they gave me chicken fries instead which is basically the same thing just different price. They need to listen better and take the correct order

Worst manager ever she gave me a attitude and when I asked her if there was ketchup she said yes even though there was no ketchup she was taking her sweet time to give me the food and cancel the lemonade I ordered. I paid in cash and she did not give me my receipt this was in between 8/9pm the date is 09/03/2024 worst customer service ever worst manager ever fire her because she is the worst manager I have ever seen.

The manager Paulino is a very nice person he is very aware of your needs. i ordered a bacon king he made sure it was freshly made. very good guy in general! i just saw the negative reviews targeting this gentleman.. yall are mistaken he is a very kind and rather amusing very joyful! loves to talk and just being very nice. i dont get why you guys are targeting him. 10/10 fast service. food was good and fresh. im telling you guys this person and this place is overall a nice expirience. thank you paulino for making my day better with your amusing comments about the slow electricity company. i am 53 and i love having a good laugh. please come here and eat okay

Very bad service, I used my App and I showed the number to the cashier the coupon was 2 whopper 2 fries with 2 drinks and I ordered an extra whopper I don't know why he made a mistake and charged me for a totally different one when I reviewed the order I told him no this It's what I ordered, I told him the difference, that's when the second manager on duty appeared, which by mistake I didn't notice, his name was a Hispanic, today is Saturday, it was 8:45 at night and I started to explain to him that it wasn't the right thing to do. I ordered and he started yelling and telling me that it was my fault and that he was not going to fix anything, he was going to give me what I paid for, and I said I don't want you to give it to me, charge me the difference, very rude, that person should not be in that position, extremely rude, I would like to talk to the supervisor so he knows what kind of manager they say they have!!! In the end I got my money back and I had to go to another Burger King horrible customer service

Manager is very rude she is bilingual It was my first time ordering so I went around no one was in line and I had a small order she was rude told me I had to tell her on the speaker my order I explained is was my first time so she made me park and wait for my order by that time there were people behind me . I went around and had a small order I had ppl bypass me because she was upset. I was on my lunch hour so I didn't get to eat I had a 5$ meal. And waited for 20 minutes still had to get off my vehicle and get my order. Very unprofessional on her part she was rude she looked at me with a attitude even her employee looked at her weird. I understand okay next time I know I usually order at McDonald's but figured try Burger King and nope .
