I've ordered multiple times at this burger king. They just cant get any of them right. Either they mess up a size, forget an item, or just give you something completely wrong. I've tried both online and in person. I hoped maybe something would change but it hasn't. Order at your own risk.

They provide terrible service, the orders are incomplete, and they do nothing to correct their mistakes. I will definitely never go back.

It was overnight so I decided hey me and my wife are hungry so we pulled up to the drive thru to order some food. As we get to the speaker the woman asks to wait a moment, in which I do, but if I had a question about the menu or have something to say you would think the worker would respond in a mannered tone. No this woman as I’m asking for someone so I can ask a question she yells “HOLD ON DANG”. That immediately made my stomach turn and almost made me want to say some colorful things, but my wife stopped me and said “let’s go somewhere else and give our money to people who treat there customers well”. And so we went to McDonald’s instead. Bad customer service on their part this Burger King!

Decent burgers. Actually tastes like one that’s grilled, not anything amazing but not bad. Service is decent most times, sometimes it’s slow even with no line or little cars ahead.

The restrooms in this place made the porta potties at burning Man look like the Taj mahal. It was absolutely disgusting. I wish it was possible to give zero stars.

How to pick up order for a double Whopper with lettuce tomato ketchup and barbecue sauce no pickles no onions when I picked it up guess what everything was on it then they want to tell me that's not what the ticket says check your order before you leave this place

0 stars I was picking up an Uber eats order and the drive thru person told me to hold on a moment and never came back to the window. Left me waiting 10 to 12 minutes and the customer ended up cancelling the order due to the long wait. I lost money and the cashier could have said they were close or something if he was never going to help me. Management needs to do better at the location, very unprofessional.

Always gets the order wrong

They will not get your order correct. No matter how you order it, doordash, grubhub, ubereats, drive thru, pick up, doesn't matter. You will never get all of the food you've paid for either. 4 tacos, large fry, Texas whopper and 2 orders of cheesy tots paid for through doordash got us, 4 tacos with rotten lettuce, for extra flavor...Texas Whopper and one order of the cheesy tots. I guess the fries and the other order of cheesy tots ended up in someone else's bag. Also never, ever, ever...EVER get the tacos. Twice now I've gotten rotten lettuce in my tacos. I have a pic with just the end of the lettuce being rotten, well, that's because I ate the other part before I knew the lettuce was bad.

I’ve never had this problem before came here today, Wednesday, June 25 and I have been waiting in line at the drive-through for a minute now I don’t know what’s going on if they’re short staffed or what but this is really a long wait not the usual weight that I usually get here
