They will not get your order correct. No matter how you order it, doordash, grubhub, ubereats, drive thru, pick up, doesn't matter. You will never get all of the food you've paid for either. 4 tacos, large fry, Texas whopper and 2 orders of cheesy tots paid for through doordash got us, 4 tacos with rotten lettuce, for extra flavor...Texas Whopper and one order of the cheesy tots. I guess the fries and the other order of cheesy tots ended up in someone else's bag. Also never, ever, ever...EVER get the tacos. Twice now I've gotten rotten lettuce in my tacos. I have a pic with just the end of the lettuce being rotten, well, that's because I ate the other part before I knew the lettuce was bad.

I order two mobile orders, one for my mother and my niece and nephew. I order the 15.99 deal for two. I was missing my 2 small fries in my bag ( order number 99 ) for Isaac!

I ask for two crowns for my niece and nephew, since they were asking for Burger King. One of the employees, told me, to get out the drive thru and park in the front. I just find it completely rude. So I parked and waited , and other employees comes out and bring me a different order, and I said I’m still waiting on the two crowns.

To be honest, I felt like if the second employee didn’t make that mistake, I would have been sitting outside for absolutely nothing.

This is my first time coming to this Burger King. I was hoping for great customer service, but it’s okay, we all have bad days! I completely understand.
