Went on Sunday July 6th. Not busy just a few customers. I ordered 1 meal and got skipped over. I was order 37 and when the order number hit 46 I asked for my order. The manager said your ok and then 5 minutes later she shoved my order in my hand and didn't offer me ketchup. I will eat there again. Bad customer service and slow employees.

LISTEN!!!! BEST BURGER KING HANDS DOWN!! everything is always hot no matter what time you go..definitely reminds me of the way the whopper used to taste..that flame broil is perfect ..RUN don’t walk to the Bk in the Galleria.

The assistant manager Selin was very rude. I does not know anything about customer service. I seent $25 at this location. The person who make the fries put way too much salt on in . Likely extremely Salty. I went back and spoke to Selin ( the assist manager) about the fries, he took it from me and threw it away. And he said well I ate some of it. He refused to replace the fries for me. He even took the fries I paid for and threw it away. You can check the Camera and verify this. Very rude. Staff do not follow cooking procedures. Some people have high blood pressure and too much salt could harm them.
