How the hell do you not have ketchup for the fries but enough for the burgers? Poor kids in the back look dead inside too, makes me question if they really don’t have ketchup or are just too lazy to bring some out, we asked for dine in, and the food still came out in bags

First of all, I asked for the special whopper with the BBQ brisket. They said they didn't have it after it's on their menu. So i don't understand why they would advertise it at the store and on TV. So I got the Texas double whopper instead. The meat tasted like its been under the heat lamp. Not char broiled like advertised. And the onion rings were cold also. I won't come back to this BK at all. I will find another one that can give me the BBQ brisket Whopper.

So I like to give places a few chances. The service is have received has been completely ridiculous. Just absolutely rude for no reason. Not just 1 time the last 3 times I've ordered here. Now this last order for pickup was 6 burgers 2 large fry and chicken fries. Open the bag after asking if it's everything. There's 1 cheeseburger 1 double cheeseburger 1 fry. Like I know you had to do that on purpose there's no way to accidentally mess up that bad. Here's what they said was my order.

Got my order wrong again!!! Ordered 1 dbl meat Whopper no cheese, no onions. 1 Whopper meal, cheese but no onions, Lg, and Coke Zero. Got home and..... GOT 2 Reg Whoppers with onions!! Pd for a Dbl I didn't get and had to take all the onions out of both! Come on King!!

Front door is jammed, staff saw me and did not assist, a customer had to go around the building to open the door for me as I am in a wheelchair. The sprite push button did not work, the floor near the beverages was extremely wet. Staff did not ask if I wanted the foor to go or at a table.
