I am a long time customer. For years this was my go to for burgers. I went a few days ago (almost a week now ) and it was just different. Customer Service has been going downhill for quite some time. The burger lady that was running the grill was very rude to me because I made a mistake on ordering on those big obnoxious ipads. I tried to calmly explain. But she was just plain rude and seemed miserable. I also ended up getting so sick to where I had to go to the Dr. Wish I could get a refund since ive been coming for years. But couldn't find on the website how to contact them. Please bring back the customer service.

I was disappointed with the burger. The bun was nice but the bacon was incredibly tough more like beef jerky than bacon and the beef patty was dry and not seasoned properly. Especially with 5 guys being minutes away I would think the burger would be more competitive but dry would be the best way to describe it. I'd be willing to try it again but 5 guys has a consistently juicy and tasty burger so that's their competition.

So this is a small strip center restaurant. It's cozy and comfortable. Staff was nice. Food was top notch. I stopped in for lunch to-go and was not disappointed. If you're in the Clearlake/Webster area and in the mood for a good burger stop in and say hi.

Walking in, it smells like sewage. Walked right back out because I wouldn't want to eat a burger if all I could smell is foul. Imagine someone passing gas, and taking a bite of your food.

Just a little burger shop that makes great food at very reasonable prices. I had the jalapeño bacon cheeseburger and tater tots with nacho cheese. Thick bacon, crispy tots. Everything was fantastic. I’ll definitely be coming back after fishing in clear lake.
Fire burgers!!! I consider myself a burger connoisseur and easily top 5 burgers of all time it’s not just the amazing flavors but the perfect cook it’s easy to over/undercook a burger but the man on that grill is a master at his craft will 100% be back to try more burgers this time was the jalapeño bacon burger !!!

No doubt about my food being cooked to order. It was fresh off the griddle. I had to wait a couple minutes for it to be cool enough to eat. Highly recommend.
No need to drive to Houston anymore when this place is so nearby and the food is 10/10, priced very accordingly as well and the staff is very nice, will be a regular spot now
