burgers at this place - yummy. this location is absolutely outstanding. i had a cousin come into town and she asked me to go back here. prices are fair i would say. feels like a cafe in phoenix that i enjoyed visiting.

Terrible service from the hotel that you share a building with. So the hotel lobby shares an ATM with the Burger Theory restaurant. Since, I live across the street, I figured I’d use the ATM to grab money in the lobby of the hotel to purchase food. I was told by the hotel’s Front Desk attendant, Mario, that I couldn’t use the ATM because it was only for the hotel guests. I thought that was really odd since the hotel is attached to the restaurant. I’m almost certain that if I was White, I would have been allowed to get money from the ATM and purchase food! A very horrible experience when you feel like you’re being discriminated against.

I never want to write bad reviews. I wanted to speak with a manager, but the staff said they left. I wanted to order a drink from the bar, but they said they were missing an ingredient. That is totally understandable. I instead just asked for lemons for my water. I was brought orange slices. I then get the sliders I ordered. One of them has a patty that was smaller than bite size. Someone from the kitchen was quick to apologize, and brought me a new one. He also gave me a free dessert. Both waitresses that served me spent time on their phones, and didn’t seem interested in serving. I also heard another guest complain that their food was cold.I spent the better part of 12 hours in my car by myself. I just wanted to sit down to a good meal. I ended up leaving very disappointed.

The food was really good, and I loved that it was inside the hotel. I had tasted the burger, fries, waffles, blueberry pancakes, and bacon. All very good!
