Very delicious food and the staff was friendly too! I got the southern burger and it was so yummy! The fried green tomatoes really added a delicious twist I will definitely be back despite the kinda hidden parking! :))
Last night my wife, Christine Kelly Dawson, my co-founder, Morris Malakoff, and my mother-in-law, Bebe Kelly-Serrato joined me for dinner at Burger Vibe, right on the corner of Washington and Yale in Houston.
I’ll be honest — at first glance, I was a little skeptical. But after reading over 300 glowing reviews online, I had to find out for myself. And I’m so glad we did.
From the very first bite, it was clear why people love this place. The burgers are phenomenal — made from Halal Organic Beef, ground and seasoned in-house. For anyone unfamiliar, Halal simply means the meat is prepared under exceptionally clean and humane standards — it’s a symbol of quality and care, not a religious label.
Beyond the burgers, the sides are next-level. The onion rings and fries were excellent, but those Brussels Sprouts — OMG, they’re out of this world. Don’t skip them.
We also had the pleasure of meeting Alex and his wife, the owners. They’re there seven days a week — often alongside their four-year-old son — making sure every guest feels welcomed and has the best possible experience. They’ve faced some tough challenges recently due to nearby construction, but that’s now been resolved.
So don’t let the temporary banners or modest exterior fool you — give Burger Vibe a shot. You’ll be so glad you did. This is exactly the kind of local, hardworking, passion-driven spot that makes Houston’s food scene so special. 🍔🔥
Was driving around running errands today when we decided we were hungry for a burger. Saw a few places on Google and decided to stop here, and we are so glad we did. The Mexican burger was delicious with the unique cilantro sauce. The classic cheeseburger hit the spot as well. Burger patties are the best I’ve had besides home made. We will definitely be back to try their other different creations.

I work out of town but I visit Houston once a month or so. The reviews of this place brought me to the Burger Vibe , and I can honestly say without a doubt that during my entire week here, this was the best meal I’ve had in the Heights area of Houston. The owner greeted me, super polite and intelligent man- and he encouraged me to try a specialty burger - because you can get a regular burger anywhere , right ? I’m glad I listened because the Southern Burger was a top 5 burger I’ve ever had. I work all across Texas and I’ve had a lot of good burgers and bad burgers . This is a top 5 spot.
The meat is fresh ground , all the seasonings are homemade. Fresh produce, crispy generously seasoned fries. This will become a must stop location for me each time I am in town. The burger patty has an amazing flame taste. I can’t speak for all the other options , but I have no doubt the are also spectacular.
I encourage everyone in the area or passing through to support this small business.

Reminds me of Central perk from Friends....but the burgers are definitely Texas size. Italian burger is my first choice and did not disappoint. Definitely coming back and bringing family.

Very cute friendly family restaurant with creative, delicious burgers! I like kimchi and when I saw they had a burger with kimchi on it I had to try it!
Their son is often in here playing or doing homework and I love it! They share a building with La Vita coffee. Pro-tip: Come in the morning for coffee, work from here, then order a burger for lunch.

Amazing burgers. I normally don't like getting burgers at restaurant since I like my own burgers A LOT. This was the only place that's blown mine out of the water. Definitely the best burger place in the area, MUCH better than burger bodega, and without the wait time. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and it was incredible. I also had the Dr. Pepper shake which was really good too. Wife had oriental burger with brussel sprouts, which were also really good. The owners are super super friendly and nice people. Great place to come for lunch or to grab a coffee and get work done.

For a frozen patty burger its pretty good but because of that, and for the price I dont see how this place can have so many 5 star reviews. Service is nearly non existent but nothing bad to note.
