put my order in online, which was accepted with an estimate time and everything, only to drive up and find a sign that says “restaurant is closed for renovation”?!?! No way to cancel my order or get my refund on amount charged because no one is answering the phone either?!

The food came out hot and the fries were crispy! My fiancé liked how tender the chicken was and I really enjoyed their Byrd Bomb.
I ate this when I was having a depressive episode and it no kidding made me feel better

There's a lot of positives here. I love that they have a plant based option for me. I love that you can choose the level of heat you want. I once tried "supa hot" as a joke and I definitely won't get it again but hot has just the right amount of heat without being so painful to eat I can't enjoy my meal. The prices were a bit high and I'm glad to see they've lowered them slightly. It's aways empty when I visit so I just hope they don't shut down.

Very good tasty fresh food I highly recommend here the food is great and the price is reasonable they in my opinion beat Dave’s hot chicken down the street by taste and price love it will definitely be back . They also have amazing customer service .
The atmosphere and the people are really good. The food tasted better, the chicken fingers plate was good, the kids nuggets tasted more like frozen but were still decent. For a fast food kinda menu this price was on an upper scale.

I will start by saying that my review is based solely on the food. The inside of the store was clean but felt kind of empty, but the workers were kind and professional.Now unto the food which is the star of the show. There have been many hot chicken places opening in the area for a while now, and I have to say, this is the best chicken place to have opened up around here. Price is good for the phenomenal taste, the chicken sandwich and the loaded fries both so good I know I will be back a lot. Do note though, their fountain machine is broken and their drink choice is limited, but if you want delicious chicken and sides, this is the place to go.
