My biggest concern with this place is that they literally rob you in terms of the quantity of drinks they provide. I understand that if I order something without ice, the quantity provided would be a little less. But not half a cup! I would avoid this place and go to any other boba place in town.

I ordered Vietnamese coffee and it not authentic. I'm a coffee drinker i know what the fresh coffee taste like. Your coffee is likely to be made by the instant coffee powder if i have to guess. Please correct this as we expect better.

Only 1 person taking order and preparing food, wait time was long. Sandwich was decent.Boba was not good. There was no tea flavor or tea aroma from the drink. The sweetness level was off. Boba itself was hard and bland. The recommended drink, honey tea boba tasted as water with honey. Pricey for the drinks.

This is truly a hidden gem!! I stopped by two other coffee shops before arriving here. Summer Moon had no seats and I was ignored by the barista. The coffee shop further down was also overcrowded. The only other people were a couple on a date. The coffee was original and delicious. I thoroughly enjoyed my croissant sandwich. I would hands down visit again!!

On a recent visit to the Webster/Clear Lake area, I made it a point to visit Ca Phê Phin. I am a lover of Vietnamese cuisine and this place has two of my favorites which is bánh mì and cà phê sữa đá.I rolled up and there was a crowd of people out front chilling, drinking coffee, smoking and taking photos, which I thought was really cool. I’m always glad to pull up to a place and see people enjoying themselves.I walked in and, the vibe of this place blew me away. Whoever decorated this small shop used every inch of what they had to bring it to life. Everything in here except maybe the seating shouted Vietnamese culture. I just wanted to walk around and look at the books, paintings and other decorations.Ordering was straightforward. The attendant was patient but direct. I ordered the classic Vietnamese bánh mì, which is essentially their version of bánh mì đặc biệt. I also ordered the Pink Salt Vietnamese Coffee. The bánh mì was pretty good. It wasn’t as packed as I would normally expect but it wasn’t egregious. I had a question about putting the patê on the side but was told they couldn’t do it. No worries, I love patê, so I was going to eat it either way but I did think it was odd that they couldn’t make one without it already spread on the bánh mì. I ate the bánh mì, patê and all and I thought it was really good. I’ve had a large number of bánh mì of all types and places. This one was not bad at all.I don’t know why I do this but usually when I go to a new Vietnamese coffee shop, I stick either ca phê sữa đá before getting anything else there. This time I ventured out and ordered a Pink Salt Vietnamese Coffee. Maybe because I had been on a ca phê muối trip lately. I thought this was going to be a ca phê muối and maybe I should have asked more questions. I tasted only the slightest hint of salt. To my knowledge, my sodium levels are okay but if they were high, this definitely helped balance it out. The drink was still good but I didn’t taste the salt. If anything it tasted sweeter than expected as the bitter coffee taste I’m accustomed to did not come through either. All in all, the drink was good but not what I expected. The ice was a bit heavy as well. This place is very cool. You can sit here and socialize or study and get a drink or quick snack. The vibe is very casual and laid back. I think I’ll return soon for a ca phê sữa đá and enjoy the vibe here.

We LOVE this place! My wife and I started coming here years ago, and when my wife was diagnosed with cancer, we would come here every time after treatment. The owner is so kind and wonderful and made us feel safe and warm during a scary time. Now that my wife is in remission, we still come here as often as we can. The owner always so happy to see my wife's beautiful hair all grown back.Oh, and the food and drinks are amazing. The banana almond nut milk smoothie is one of the best things on earth. Come here! You'll love it.

Wonderful Vietnamese coffee, tea, and sandwiches and a very cozy atmosphere. Khanh treats everyone that comes through the door like family. It's also a great place to work remote! I can't recommend this cafe enough! :)

Great drinks, good food, nice atmosphere, exotic decoration. We had pleasant experiences at Ca Phe Phin after a busy day visiting NASA. Highly recommended!

Cute store. Right by NASA. Went on a Sunday for lunch but store opened late. Wanted to order 6 sandwiches. Was told they only had 3 baguettes left over. Should have taken that as a warning. Bread was stale, burnt and had very little filling (pictures show all that was given for 3 banh mi.) Was told there was no cilantro "because it is Sunday"?? We were the first in the store and it didn't seem busy but it took over 30 minutes for the sandwiches and 1 bubble tea. Didn't want to spend more time and money to try the coffee (though was initially really interested given the name of the shop.) If they were short on hands or supplies or whatever the reason, would have been nice to have been told in advance.

Absolutely brilliant and very beautifully decorated. I've never had Vietnamese coffee so rich and bold in my life, it's absolutely amazing. If you're in town, I recommend trying the HoneyB Cā Phê, it's both sweet and bold.
