This is my absolute favorite place to use for catering!! I do a lot of office lunch presentations and my job has become significantly easier since discovering Cabo Bobs. It’s very quick, easy, and straightforward to order. They also make it easy to bring food that caters to dietary restrictions and is something people are excited about. Every time I have brought it somewhere everyone has loved it. The food is always ready on time which is not something thats always happens with catering orders at other restaurants. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. The best part of their catering is that the packages come with all of the sides, sauces, ect. That I usually have to add on for a higher cost at other places. Their catering is a great price and it comes with all of the serving utensils that you need which is amazing. I have used them probably 6 or 7 times now and it has consistently been perfect.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I feel that this needs to be addressed so that corrective action can take place and people at the corporate level can take into consideration the rising issue I was made aware of. I eat a Cabo bobs pretty regularly, it is a usual stop in Houston and in Austin. The food is great and I refuse to go to chipotle or any other make your own burrito place due to the great ingredients Cabo bobs has to offer. At my recent visit however, I got my usual burrito with chicken. The burrito tasted so bad that I couldn’t eat it or enjoy my experience. I spent $12 on a burrito I couldn’t even eat before my 12 hour shift which was really upsetting. After looking into the burrito, I found a piece of dark meat. We spoke to the manager on duty to find out that Cabo bobs is testing out new recipes for their chicken and adding in dark meat to be more cost effective. Please DO NOT add dark meat to your recipe as you will lose several loyal customers. The money that will be saved in changing the recipe will be not be worth the loss of revenue. The original recipe is great and it should stay that way to ensure Cabo bobs maintains the great brand they have.

I had Cabo bobs at a catered event and couldn’t wait to go again. Finally tried it and it was not what I expected. The portions were super light. I got two steak burritos and a kids taco with the meat and rice on the side. Paid $50. Men’s and women’s Restrooms were filthy. Manager lady that was there was not helpful at all and rude. Definitely won’t visit again.

I have been here twice. Food was good and the service was fast. When we went it was somewhat busy but it was efficient. I wish they had a closer location to where I live.

Ive been a patron of Cabo bobs for close to 10 years, starting when I was a student at UT. Ive always had a great experience every time I visited. Ive come to expect only the highest quality ingredients and amazing flavor when I eat there. Upon a recently visit, however, I was surprised to find the chicken in my burrito seeming to be of lower quality. upon verifying, it was brought to my attention a recent recipe shift. Cabo bob’s restaurants are no longer using only chicken breast and are incorporating dark meat into their mix. Im writing this to plead that Cabo bob’s corporate revert this change. This is mine and many others favorite burrito spot in the State. If we want subpar ingredients people would just go to Chipotle. Please dont stray from what made y’all GREAT. My girlfriend introduced me to this place a couple of weeks ago…& wow! This place is better than Chipotle for sure. The price is inexpensive unless you order more protein of course. The Burritos as just very filling! I’ve been coming here ever since. Very kind workers so far.

I love the number 7 steak burrito with cheese tortilla. Add exstra Chipotle crema and Ancho Rancho on the side. So good!!! Very busy but good.

I came here on my lunch break in a nice day, waited in line for 20 minutes, got tacos and chips, then proceeded to spill my chips all over the place as I walked out the door. Mortified. The manager immediately came out, gave me fresh chips, and cleaned it all up. Wouldn’t take any help from me. It was gone in 2 minutes and I enjoyed lunch on their nice patio! And the food is stellar! My favorite it the fish tacos, always fresh and crispy. I love this place so much and the service is excellent. Sure, the line might be long, but please be patient. It will be worth it!
