Arrived Friday night around 6pm, Nov 15th. It was a long line to be served - probably 15 minutes just to order. The fish burrito was unique and very good. I liked that I could sit outside on benches. They need to come up to Dallas.

The food was just ok. I was expecting a better experience. The service was very impersonal and not customer friendly. I felt like they were rushing me through the line, and I was the only person in line.

I found this place online and drove about 30 minutes to give them a try because the food looked delicious. When I got there It seemed like they were doing some type of cleaning, so I patiently waited. I noticed that there was a line with about 12 people in front of me so I asked one of the people how long have they been waiting for them to clean? She said they had already been waiting 20 minutes. I decided to wait a few more minutes for them to begin serving, but was instantly turned off when I noticed how they were purposely taking their time, talking, laughing one woman was at the register drinking. The lack of urgency or even consideration for these people who had been waiting was very disrespectful and I didn’t appreciate it. I watched another man go up to one of them and asked how long is it going to be and they responded by said “maybe 10 more minutes I don’t know”. I left. Do better, If there is some cleaning or changes that need to be made in the middle of serving 12 to 15 people at least move quickly as if you WANT to serve them.

I’ve always enjoyed the food at this location however multiple times when I’ve ordered ahead they have not made my order until I’ve arrived. Tonight they made everyone’s meal in line as I waited and then informed me that they were going to start on my order even though it’d ordered 30 min prior. Definitely don’t recommend doing take out here…

Wow!! First timer and mind blown.? I’ve never been to chipotle but I heard this place is similar but better. All I can tell you is it’s amazing! So fresh, delicious and enormous portions. It’s an insane amount of food for the price. I went low carb with a steak “salad” but opted for no lettuce, rice or beans and added extra grilled veggies, steak and alllll the sauces. Everything was perfectly seasoned and cooked. Made with love, that’s obvious.❤️? … Again, can’t compare it to Chipotle but why bother with a big corporate entity who keeps shrinking the portions while raising the prices (I’ve heard) when you can support this amazing Texas-based business? No brainer for me! I’ll be back soon and often. Thanks!

Honestly really good, and a great price point! They even give you a reward card and I love their cute little cups! I noticed people make comments about the plastic containers, however I don’t mind I just wash and reuse for meal prepping(waste free)???
I can’t wait till they build more locations!

Tasty burrito bowl with a variety of toppings. Unusually, one of the protein options is crispy fish, which I had not seen before in a burrito bowl. It worked well with a mango salsa. I do wish they had compostable bowls rather than the plastic, however.
