Honestly, the food wasn't the best. I ordered a grilled chicken which was a little bland, but my friend ordered the same thing and liked it for that reason. My other friend ordered steak and it wasn't bad but not great either. Chicken Cesar salad was delicious, and so was the desert and drinks. Service was great and overall ambiance. Food was not terrible, just nothing special for such an upscale place.
For the price and reputation, the service was very poor. Our original server disappeared and we were given no explanation. There was no efforts made to refill drinks. We had to stop multiple restaurant staff that walked by for drink refills. Main course delivery was very slow. Although this was a special event (Easter) and included something for the children, the children in our party were ignored. We had to complain to a member the restaurant management, before a half-hearted...
The acoustics are terrible. There was a table of ladies whose conversations and cackling laughter were deafening. We coujd not hear each other. Definitely NOT a romantic venue. The bar was quieter.
