One of the worst experiences I have ever received in any restaurant. And the food was mediocre- at best. I’ll just give y’all the highlights:1) the large group who walked in AND ordered AFTER us received all of their food before us.2) we ended up waiting over an hour for our food: 1 medium, 12 wings, and a coffee (yes, I had to wait over an hour for a cup of coffee, even after reminding them of it twice.)3) when we finally got our food, the wings were cold which can only mean they were sitting there all along.4) I asked for ranch, they brought it over, and about 5 minutes after it had been on our table, a different server came by took our ranch off our table, and gave it to the other group that was there.This business is overpriced, disorganized and sloppy. 0% chance of us ever returning.

Customer service was good in my personal experience but I did witness the staff being rude to other customers.
Wait time was 40 to 45 minutes but they did have 2 large families to serve before me.
The staff and the menu was different from what I have experienced before.
The rest room didn’t have any toilet paper and they where dirty.
The staff looked confused, it seemed like they are under new management.
