I got the Shrimp Avocado Salad with a cup of chicken soup! I requested that my shrimp be grilled, no bacon, and vinaigrette dressing instead of honey mustard. Everything was correct and my cashier made sure it was correct before I left! She is so kind and I appreciate the service! Everything was very tasty!

I just had a hamburger at the Greenway Plaza location and it was awful. The meat patty was so thin that I thought that they had made a mistake. Spoke to the cashier about it and he said all the patties are that size now. What happened to the good thick patties? If I had known that I was getting an almost invisible piece of meat I would not have ordered it.

This place is wonderful. I visit here often. Every time I walk in the place is really clean. The restroom design is nice and always clean.

Here from out of town - visiting Lakewood and stopped for breakfast prior to the service. So many great things about this place: great music and vibe, Ethical tea, Stubborn soda, clean environment, healthy food - and the food presentation was awesome. I had the avocado toast which (to-date) is the best I've ever had. Such a great decision. Thank you for having a place you can eat without regretting it later!

One of my favorite locations in Houston! It's next to Lakewood, a Starbucks, and right off of Wesleyan; lunch time and brunch after church gets busy. Even when the staff gets busy, wait time for food is reasonable. The vegetables are always tasty on any dish you desire to order.

Extremely poor customer service. Food is fine, but a shakedown for a “room use fee” of $35. Group of 10, we made a reservation in advance. We were led to believe that we could have the use of the private room that is usually open to all diners as a seating area, so long as we ordered more than their per person minimum. With a group that size, it didn’t seem like an unfair request to be seated there. We took care to order more than the suggested minimum, for the use of their room. Did NOT appreciate being hit up with this surprise charge. Seems excessive and we were also misled. Cafe Express is open seating, order at the counter and there is no table service!
