Xochilth is AMAZING! It's STILL Lent so sadly still no meat for me... but, Cafe Express has the BEST salad, trio salad with the pesto, chicken and tuna... well, we might have made a whole new salad but taking the chicken off and throwing some shrimp on there... great attitude and wasn't irritated when I asked to make some changes. Super delightful! Try this salad! The regular version is my favorite but this revised version is good too, shrimp is an upcharge, BTW. You're welcome guys!

Celeste was sooo kind and was super helpful! Service was great, food came out fast and fresh. I got the strawberry and spinach salad with grilled chicken and everything was amazing! I used to eat at cafe express when I was a kid and it’s still just as good. Even the strawberries were super fresh. No photo because it took me about 5 minutes to finish it lol
