I ordered the chicken soup and sandwich. It was reasonably priced and it’s the perfect weather now to sit outside on the patio. The tea options are really good and taste amazing. Place was clean and I enjoyed eating here. I recommend to others.
It's far too rare a day when you get to enjoy the outdoors with no humidity here in Houston. But on those rare occasions when the weather is right, I love hanging out on the patio eating lunch at Cafe Express. The food is good, the choices are many and if you enjoy people watching, this is one of the prime places to do so.

This place is great for a lunch break during the work day, I went here today with some of my coworkers and we loved it. It was refreshing to get out of our building and eat outside in the fresh air. Not to mention there was no wait, and the food was amazing. I got a BLT, macaroni and cheese and it came with chips. The Mac and cheese was really creamy and delicious, but my favorite was the BLT. I loved the type of bread they used and it was toasted. I will definitely be back!
