I’m a regular here I come all the time but today I don’t know what they were on wasn’t even busy but for some reason I got no service, my coals were so small and wasn’t even replaced! I was just sitting there! My plate I had been finished was still there for more than 30min! Definitely disappointed

Man this place has really gone down from when I used to come here back in early 2010s. I decided to come today to try out the food. We arrived and got told that cooks aren't in yet and they should be coming any time soon. Not a big deal and we didn't wait for like 10 minutes until pur waitress told us that cooks came in.Overall the food is still good. Just the staff wasn't very attentive and only came to get our initial order. We wanted to order more and I'm kind of thankful we didn't order more.Once we were done we waited for about 30 minutes to get our check until I said I'll just go up to the front and ask to check out. Everyone check your receipts before you sign off. I got charged gratuity fee of 15% for 2 people in the menu it says gratuity will be charged for groups of 5. So not sure why we were charged this. I also seen there was a fee charge of a couple of dollars again not sure why this was charged probably for using a credit card. Overall total bill was over 30% in fees. Great place for hookah but the fees is where they get you. There are better Mediterranean foods around the area and with better service.

No way. we get there and it’s loud with a not so classy crowd. a table with drunks who brought their own beer and another table w a dog who almost ran up on me. food was okay. overall 1/10.

Hookah is just ok definitely not as good as Nara cafe and they add 15% to the bill without you knowing sometimes.

Awful first experience, rude staff. Ordered a basket of fries not only did the fries never come. Sabrina never come back to the table after 30 minutes of waiting I asked about the fries and the man said 5 more minutes like what? Then this sorry as* excuse of a server Sabrina never came back to the table nor apologize for the wait and put a 15% gratuity on my ticket after i didn’t care to hear her sorry excuse. She lucky i didn’t punch her teeth in. Will not be back.

I was making a delivery to this location when I had to wait for about 5 minutes before the order was ready. I asked if I could have a glass of water and she said that she could only sell me bottled water. Even though everyone else in this restaurant had a glass of water and I was sitting at a table. Common courtesy and just basic humanity would do really well in any restaurant really. Just kind of unfortunate service, or lack of.
