Beware of extra charges at this location. Pay attention to your receipt or account or whatever way that you pay! Because of the employee Brandon D. I was very upset and disappointed for this visit at Cajun Town with my family. He charged $18 extra on my credit card without me noticing at first. Little did he know that I have an app and alert system for this card immediately when charged. I told him the amount that I was over charged and he told me no, that was not the case that I was wrong he said if that’s what was charged then it’s correct. I told him the charges didn’t match my receipt . We went back and forth with this several times with him not trying to find a resolution. I asked him why was he arguing with me? I finally asked to speak to the manager to which he told me “ He’s just going to tell you the same thing “ but I went up and spoke with him anyway. His name is Alexis. Once I told him about the overcharge he also tried to deny the charge coming from his restaurant by asking “ are you sure it came from Cajun town?” I showed him the charge with their name at exactly that time on my app and asked him,” how would the charge be from somewhere else when my card was in your employee’s Brandon’s hands in this building when it was charged?” He then began to attempt to resolve it by taking my information and promising to give my money back all the while Brandon was lying in front of his manager about everything he said and his response to what I said. I’m so disappointed because me and many of my friends and family love this place and live in the area and have been going there for 10 plus years. We could have chosen anywhere else to eat but I begged my husband to go there because I loved going there. This has truly soured my feelings towards this establishment. I feel ripped off because I literally was. I still tipped the 2 nice ladies that took care of us . But it’s a shame when management allows employees to be crooked and lie. I’m really upset to have experienced this. It really ruined the good time I was enjoying there before this happened.

This place is a hole in the wall but seeving the best cajun food in town. Wouldnt have found this place if my coworkers didnt bring me here. The crawfish entoufee is the best.

I love the food but last two times coming here the service has been horrible. I will have to look for a another place or just get food to go. The waitress was the worse I have seen in a long time. I had to get up to even order our drinks, once food served never saw waitress again.....

I recently RE-discovered this place and I am so happy I did. They cleaned and remodeled based on my memory from many years ago. The food is fresh and delicious and they have some new interesting items including appetizers and deserts. Portions are large and work the price.

I visited Cajun Town Café and was truly impressed. The food was delicious, fresh, and full of authentic Cajun flavor. The service was very friendly and attentive, specially Dinora, she is very friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The atmosphere is cozy, perfect for both family outings and gatherings with friends. The portions are generous and the prices are very reasonable for the quality they offer. Definitely a place I will return to and highly recommend to anyone who wants to enjoy great food and excellent service.

the food was absolutely delicious! the fried fish and shrimp were so crispy and flavorful and the fries have the perfect crunch ! they’re combos are so affordable and customer service is impeccable

Order at the counter and get a full size fillet of blackened snapper, with sides. Snappy kitchen and delivery made our first meal there smooth and tasty.

I sometimes to Cajun Town when visiting a relative's church. I found the food to be pretty good, however charging practices are suspect. One one occasion the I was given an order receipt, but when I asked for the receipt showing what was applied to my card, the amounts were different ($1.74 more?). Today I did not look at my receipt until I got home and found that they charged me for a Soft Drink. I clearly asked for water, which comes from a dedicated water source and the staff saw me getting water from this source. There is also a $2.00 upcharge for catfish as opposed to Swai. Although you order catfish, you still may get Swai. One last thing which is not really unusual, they also charge for using a credit card. Probably will not be going back. Also plan to inform every I know of their billing practices.
