Went there yesterday and got the wings and rice, the food made me and my daughter in law sick. The rice was hard a tasteless

I don't live around here but was in the area and used Google to find something to eat.. when we pulled in I noticed lots of cars for 230 in the afternoon.. then spoke to a couple leaving on recommendations.. it's a walk up to the counter and order place. And that was perfectly fine.. plenty of seating area. We took the couple up on their recommendations and I'm glad we did.. the price is astoundingly a bargain for what we recieved.. the food was hot and fresh.. very tasty.. and well seasoned. The counter folks were friendly and ready to serve. We had never been so we didn't know if we wanted seasoned fries or regular.. both were great. Can't go wrong. While eating they had a steady flow of customers and I noticed a lot opted for that slushie. So i had to have one. It was so very good on a hot Texas day..I would drive from Crosby over there 45 minutes again.. it was that good..
The boiled shrimp were a little hard to peel but the taste was worth the effort. They do offer them peeled as well..
It was around 22 bucks for the 3 baskets of food.. the 2 3piece shrimp 1 fish and half lb of boiled shrimp which was about 12 shrimp.. the slush drink was 5.40 with tax

3rd time coming here , first two times were great but the third was horrible . Not only was my order wrong but I was given old shrimp that was mushy in the inside had me sick allllllll night . I called customer service to speak with them about a solution and the lady was so rude . I wasn’t even able to explain my issue before she was talking over me and screaming in my ear to come in the next day and speak to the general manager. I explained I live an hour away and wouldn’t be able to come until the weekend then she rudely stated that she wouldn’t be able to assist despite her being the manager . Only good thing I can say from this experience is that I was over charged and the black lady in the front assisted me by giving me my moneys worth despite everything else she gave great customer service .

Swamp City for the win!! Went to Cajun City yesterday and was given some of the SOGGIEST crabs legs with black spots on them. No flavor in the crabs what so ever they tasted like straight water that they had been soaking in. Never again. Swamp is where it’s at, periodt.

I went to get the mini box happy hour special special I came before 6:00 they didn't take my order to 601 because she misunderstood how many boxes I wanted and they wouldn't give me my free slushie that came with it I feel like they owe me I got four boxes and couldn't get no free slushie because it was 601 by time she finishe and when I asked for the manager she said I could pay the difference I asked what the difference was and she said $4 each that's the full price so either she misunderstood her manager or I misunderstood her

I was very disappointed last night I ordered the seafood fried rice. What I got was over fried rice a plate full but where was the seafood? Maybe there was a shortage or something but for $14 I should have been able to see it in my rice without having to scrape around to find a piece or too. Y’all gotta do better.

I’m allergic to seafood but their chicken wings gave me in a chokehold literally eat here at least once a week and it’s always the same welcoming smiles friendly service and delicious food
