This was the biggest waste of money. I ordered a shrimp and fish, upgraded to catfish and they both were tasteless. No seasoning, fried perfectly but tastes like batter and oil. Hushpuppies tasted burnt. Threw it all away. The best thing about here was the young lady at the front but the way things are set up it's hard for them to even hear you place your order. I don't live in the area so I have no reason to return.

The food here is always good, however the customer service I experienced today with the counter clerk was extremely unprofessional. I simply stated to her that I would not like to keep the "MY"receipt. She then stated " you have too" I asked why? She stated, "because" with a visible attitude on her face. She was then heard saying well I'm going to black you from being able to order online. Management should really take a look at customer service to ensure customers are not threatened by staff. Unfortunately I did not get her name but she is currently working the front counter today. I am sure you staff will be able to point her out and make you aware of what took place

Each time I’ve been to the location I was greeted. The staff were friendly. I got my food in a timely Manner and it all taste delicious. If I had to make a suggestion, I would say less butter on the Crawfish, And less minced garlic on the turkey necks but other than that, everything is great. I’ve tried many things at this location and nothing has disappointed
