The fajita meat is very tender! I've been searching for a place with good fajitas. This will be my new go to spot for fajitas! I'm sure the rest of the food is good as well. Service was also very good.

I absolutely love the queso and salsa here – so fresh and flavorful! The fajitas are delicious, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. From the moment you walk in, the service is welcoming and attentive. The atmosphere is warm, inviting, and perfect for any occasion. From the food to the service to the overall vibe, this place gets a 10 out of 10 from me. Highly recommend!

About the best lunch plate you could ask for! $17 and some of the most tender skirt steak I’ve ever had (Cabo Combo). Not the best picture but still worth sharing!

Freshest Tex Mex around. Delicious, never over salted like so much Mexican food you get at chain restaurants. Prices are reasonable and chips are the best. Pick up order was almost ready on time but to be fair it was a big order.

My husband and I came here for appetizers and drinks. Pedro. The bartender was excellent. We had a wonderful time watching the TV, relaxing and eating wonderful food and having awesome drinks. I think this is going to be a regular for us.

Went to Caliente on a recommendation, so glad we tried it. Chips were fresh, salsa was delicious and the queso with taco meat was also so good. We had combo fajitas and the beef and chicken were delicious. The corn tortillas were homemade and amazing. If we're in the area again, we will definitely go back.

This used to be one of my favorite places to eat, but unfortunately, the food quality has declined. Regrettably, I won't be returning.

This place is a hidden gem! It is beautiful and clean, and every dish I’ve had has been delicious, made with great quality ingredients. Last night I indulged in the delicious white queso and then had the chicken salad with the mango vinagrette. OMG! It was so refreshing, unique and delicious. Of course, the tacos and enchiladas are delicious as well. Can’t wait to continue trying more of their quality and tasty dishes!

Hidden gem! Excellent and consistent food, great service and welcoming atmosphere. My favorite is the chicken enchiladas. Chicken wrapped in flour tortillas and smothered with sauce. My fave is the avocado cream sauce - flavorful and not too heavy. Cilantro lime rice is amazing, too! They also do breakfast so great place for brunch any day.

We tried this restaurant out on a Saturday and there were only two other parties dining in the establishment which is kind suspicious for me especially on a Saturday in Houston.

Starting out with the chips and salsa. I am huge Mexican/Tex-Mex Restaurant lover and big requirement for me when it comes to chips and salsa is to have a green sauce and they didn't have one. However, their red salsa was decent. My mom ordered a queso since there was no green sauce and the queso came out cold. We asked the waitress if she could warm up it but she said she couldn't.

For my meal, I had the Puebla which is a fajita dinner that comes with their Caribbean shrimp and beef and chicken fajitas. The Caribbean shrimp were just ok. They are served with pineapples but that flavor was too overpowering to me. The beef fajitas were not good at all! They tasted very gamey...if that makes sense. There was no real flavor to them just tasted meat. However the stars of the plate were the chicken fajitas, refried beans, and THE CILANTRO RICE! The cilantro rice is to die for. I would just go back for the beans and that rice!

Service:
The waitress was very nice and attentive which was easy to do because it was not busy at all.

Atmosphere:
The restaurant is very clean. You can see them make some of your dishes right there in front. A party came in with their dog and was allowed to sit at the bar which I don't think is very sanitary especially since it was not a service dog. If you are going to allow dogs and you have an outside seating area then that is where they should be required to eat..just my opinion.
