They have a rotating selection of coffee for pour overs (3 options from the same roaster while I'm rotation) a small selection of scones and some sausage rolls (I did not try the sausage rolls, but they looked good)

The cafe is clean and sports a lovely fossil themed ambience that gives just enough info about the Cambrian period. The staff is super friendly and provide great service.
The coffee blends are well balanced where added sweetners only enhance the flavor of the coffee you choose. And their sausage rolls are nice and flaky with flavorful sausage filling.

Drink: I ordered their shaken espresso with Cambrian syrup (honey & cinnamon) and it was delicious. My only qualm is that I personally prefer my coffee a bit stronger so I’ll remember to add an extra shot of espresso next time. Other than my own personal preference, it was an incredible drink.
Service: Staff was so friendly and dealt with me being a bit distracted my first time by all the fun merch they had lying around and answered questions I had with patience and kindness.
Atmosphere: This place has a lot of seating for the small space which is a plus to those looking to relax and sip on one of their tasty beverages. The entire shop is decked out in a geological timescale theme, with cute trilobites, dinosaurs, and other things found among the fossil records. It’s a perfect spot for any coffee loving geology obsessed person out there.
Overall: Great experience that will have me returning even if it isn’t super close to my own place. I highly recommend to any coffee lover and geology enthusiast.
