Second time catching up with friends for a coffee date at Cambrian. Art meets coffee. The design is unique, quaint, and yet invitingly simple. The perfect space in all the important measurements including the Cambrian and Modern. Service with a smile! Incredibly friendly! Well-staffed! Coffee options galore. We haven’t tried the bakery items yet, but plan to during upcoming visit #3….
A little crowded, but knowledgeable baristas, good coffee drink selection and excellent quality. A true coffee lovers' Cafe. They offer standard espresso drinks with a few seasonal sweet options. They have a rotating selection of coffee for pour overs (3 options from the same roaster while I'm rotation) a small selection of scones and some sausage rolls (I did not try the sausage rolls, but they looked good)
Disclaimer: I study geology and have a caffeine addiction, so having a fossil themed coffee place is a dangerously wonderful combination!!!
The cafe is clean and sports a lovely fossil themed ambience that gives just enough info about the Cambrian period. The staff is super friendly and provide great service.
