A little crowded, but knowledgeable baristas, good coffee drink selection and excellent quality. A true coffee lovers' Cafe. They offer standard espresso drinks with a few seasonal sweet options. They have a rotating selection of coffee for pour overs (3 options from the same roaster while I'm rotation) a small selection of scones and some sausage rolls (I did not try the sausage rolls, but they looked good)
Disclaimer: I study geology and have a caffeine addiction, so having a fossil themed coffee place is a dangerously wonderful combination!!!
The cafe is clean and sports a lovely fossil themed ambience that gives just enough info about the Cambrian period. The staff is super friendly and provide great service.

Drink: I ordered their shaken espresso with Cambrian syrup (honey & cinnamon) and it was delicious. My only qualm is that I personally prefer my coffee a bit stronger so I’ll remember to add an extra shot of espresso next time. Other than my own personal preference, it was an incredible drink.
