Interesting spot with good coffee. The atmosphere has a more hippie and alternative crowd, but overall, it was a nice experience. A good place to relax and enjoy a quality cup of coffee.

The people who work here and run the place are very nice. Service is always friendly. Often times, however, they refer to the same items with different names, and it's like ordering blindly sometimes. One person will have no idea what you're referring to, even using the terminology of the last person that was working. They don't serve anything super complicated, though, so we figure it out. LoL I love the iced coffee(olla brew), and the vintage feel of what I'm assuming was once used as a house. It's charming. Cool energy. Usually a handful of people there, on their computers. A good amount of seating options.

I got the Mayan mocha latte with a tamale, both were incredible. This is a great place to hang out or do work, and the servers were great as well

I wanted to love this place, as it’s really close to home. I came to study and the wifi would just not work.. the atmosphere was good, the coffee was just okay. Probably won’t be returning.

I had heard about this coffee shop so I was excited to finally check it out. It did not disappoint!
I came here on a Sunday and it was pretty busy but I was able to get a table. They have free Wi-Fi so almost everyone was on their laptops because it is a great space to get some work done. You can choose from sitting at actual tables or more comfy sofa seating.
When you walk in, you place your order at the counter. I decided to go for the Tamale de Elote and the Horchata Latte. I AM OBSESSED! They were both sooo good!
Just like the food, the service was great as well!
I am definitely coming back!

The only real downside? It’s so good that finding a seat feels like a competitive sport—except instead of a trophy, your reward is a slightly wobbly wooden table and the privilege of overhearing a passionate debate about the best taco truck in Houston. But that’s part of the charm. Campesino isn’t just a coffee shop; it’s a cultural hub where the coffee is rich, the vibes are cool, and the playlist somehow knows exactly what mood you’re in. The WiFi is solid, making it the perfect spot to work, people-watch, or pretend to be productive while getting lost in the atmosphere. Whether you’re here for caffeine, conversation, or just a break from the Houston heat, Campesino delivers every time.

A house turned into a cute little coffee joint. Their signature cafe de olla was honestly terrible, the clay cups are old and disintegrating so you’re eating crumbled clay as you sip. The horchata latte was nice though, very pleasant to drink

Campesino is my go-to neighborhood coffee shop! This cozy spot is a small house converted into a coffee shop, with Mexican-themed drink menu, serving delicious Mexican pastries and unique Mexican coffees. The atmosphere is quaint and relaxing—perfect for unwinding or getting some work done. Be sure to come early, though, as the tables fill up quickly with students and group meetings. They serve Kats Coffee (so good!) and even offer free refills. The team members are friendly and helpful without being overly energetic, unlike some places where the staff seems like they’ve had too much coffee. Highly recommend!
Get there version of a mocha latte, guys it’s amazing you won’t be disappointed. The spices in it make the best!
