The drinks are okay, im from Louisiana so the victoria secret doesn’t taste like victoria secret to me but that’s just my opinion ??♀️ and the drinks melt entirely to fast.. I understand it’s hot but that’s not how that go baby ? but 2 starts for effort ?

I arrived at this location tonight at 11:45pm. First off the building looked like it was completely closed 15 minutes before closing time. I believe they did this to deter customers from coming to the store. At any rate, A BMW pulled in one car before we did and there were 2 cars already in the drive thru so we proceeded to the drive thru.The BMW in front of us waited at the speaker a minute or 2 then pulled to the window. We pulled up at 11:46pm - no response at the speaker so we pulled forward.Each car ahead of us received their orders but when we approached the window; they told us they were closed, it was now 11:58pm. We’d waited nearly 15 minutes in a drive thru that only had 3 cars and took nearly 15 minutes to serve. Then only for them to refuse to serve us. At any rate I told the young lady at the window that we had already been in the drive thru line for nearly 15 minutes and asked if she could serve us since we arrived 15 minutes before they closed. She refused to serve my guest and I in spite of us arriving and waiting in line 15 minutes before closing. We were so disappointed, especially after driving 45 minutes across town to get here.Anytime you go to businesses located in this area of town this is the type of poor service you get. Both young ladies inside refused to serve me and my out of town guest who was visiting the location for the first time. Rude, poor service and very unprofessional. Sadly, management may support this type of service from the employees. I will never return. 0 stars if I could.
