Capital One Café

I REALLY WISH THAT YOU GUYS WOULD GIVE US THE OPTION TO PERSONALIZE OUR DEBIT CARDS. LIKE HAVING A PHOTO OF A LOVED ONE ON THE CARD. I KMOW WELLS FARGO DOES IT. OTHER THAN THAT ITS COOL. SERIOUSLY THO.. NOT BEING ABLE TO PERSONALIZE MY CARD SUCKS

Rude customer service… barista had the worst attitude. I go to the one in gulf gate all the time and they’re always super nice. Will NEVER be coming back to this one!

Arrived at 6:30 -they close at 7 women taking orders was so rude and said in a loud and unprofessional tone “we’re closed we’re closed “ I didn’t respond and just walked away
terrible customer service closing 30 mins before

I’d give it a 5 star but not after today. Love coming here to hang out with my honey. But today, Latasha was a bit rude !
I asked her a question and she repeated her answer about three times. I’m not the type to respond with attitude and I understand she might’ve been having a moment. But then I asked what kind of muffins they had and she simply answer “what do you want” I asked again, what kind do y’all have and she let me know after taking a deep breath of frustration. Then we noticed that every customer afterwards was being treated with kindness. So I don’t know what was going on but girly, get it together please. This is a place of business and customer service is everything. I hope you have a better day & remember Jesus loves you sis !

Excellent café experience. Tori was outstanding—she provided a thorough overview of everything from the 50% drink discount to the process for booking a private nook. This was my first visit to a Capital One Café, and it exceeded all expectations!

Staff was SO accommodating & kind & helpful. Even had homemade syrups! This is my new favorite place for coffee- everyone that worked there was truly exceptional and went the extra mile and made us feel so welcomed. I’m actually happier I have this credit card just because of this café. THANK YOU for an exceptional experience!!

Went here for hot chocolate, and got watered down hot chocolate with milk. Hardly any chocolate, mainly water and milk, horrible!

It was the first time coming into this Cafe and ordered 2 hot chocolates. The cashier was friendly and staff was friendly, and I was informed that they were out of whole milk so I chose Almond Milk.
It seemed like it took forever to get our hot chocolate with it not being busy at with just one person ahead of me.
Our hot chocolate was very watered down tasting, like there was hardly no hot chocolate in at all, just seemed like water and milk.
So I'm a bit disappointed because I thought a simple hot chocolate would taste good.
Lastly, I would recommend letting the customer know that if your out hot chocolate so that I could have ordered another drink.

Smoothie was delicious and people there were friendly and efficient! But this is a comically insane portion for $9

Atmosphere is full of neutral fluorescent lights, or lights with the same energy as fluorescents. Decent internet and lots of outlets. Good enough to get work done in a pinch but would definitely be a last choice option as far as cafe’s go in my opinon.

Extremely slow even though it’s not busy. Waited about 25 mins for my drink (fyi there is no line)

Keke was amazing! The cafe was so comfortable and the matcha latte was incredible! It was great to stop in, use the restroom, grab a drink, and engage in wonderful conversation. Thank you!

Matt was the best Barista! He gave such good recommendations on drinks. The whole team in general was phenomenal! Was visiting from Oklahoma City and they really treated us like family!!
