This is the worst Capital One Cafe I've ever experienced. The baristas seem to have a bad attitude. More importantly, the ambassadors here have not been trained. They never seem to know anything about Cap One products and don't appear to care. Just today, I was asking an ambassador about the featured Venture X card. He was unable to answer any questions about it, and was on a laptop, but even had problems with that. I could have gone online myself (and gotten answers much quicker than him!). Not impressed at all.

This cafe is supposed to be a nice place where you can relax, work, read etc. but the people who work at the door (I think one of them was the manager) are incredibly loud. They were speaking and laughing for hours, and I was embarrassed to answer calls from co-workers. At some point, there were 4 people at the entrance talking and laughing, it looked like kindergarten, very unprofessional.

The service at this cafe is excellent, the girls have a very good treatment, the Mexican manager explained to me how my account worked and helped me solve the problem I had in a very clear and friendly way, they gave me very delicious free coffee, I will surely always return to this place when I have a problem with my account, the truth is I had thought about closing my account at this bank and thanks to this girls I gave up doing so. They should always hire such kind and well-trained people to work in these banks, definitely much better than going to the bank

Great place, great location. I come here with friends whenever in HTX. After ordering a drink I needed to use the restroom. They don't give customers the code, and make you grab an associate to let you in. Kind of weird needing staff member to let you into the restroom.

Tried their signature lavender honey latte - it was pretty good. It's the sweet honey lavender latte, not the bitter one! With having a lot of customers they were a bit slow on the service.You can use a non-capital one card to pay. Capital One cardholders get 50% off.They have members and associates to help you regarding banking. Wi-fi is available however it doesn't work. Relaxing spot to chill when you are tired from shopping.It's new so it's clean and spacious. Overall I would come back if I am in Galleria for some coffee. they also sell snacks.

I had the hardest time finding this place in the galleria I think because Google Maps doesn't know where it is - it suggests that it is near the Cheesecake Factory... I would recommend using the mall kiosk to get directions to navigate within the mall. In actuality it is like two doors down from the Apple Store.The cafe signage is pretty muted so it's easy to miss it walking by. The cafe is nice and quiet. Busy but not crowded. They had a promotion the day I went where if you filled out the survey, you get a free drink. There are helpful staff around the store to orient you and be a resource, but they aren't pushy to convert you into a customer.The baristas are very nice and your drinks come out within a few minutes. Plenty of seating, although most of the remaining seating were communal couches on Black Friday. There's also a restroom inside. Overall a great place to take refuge on a shopping spree. Excellent value on drinks if you get the 50% as a Capital One cardholder.
This is my 3 time visiting this place and I do like it , the coffee is great and half off to Capital one members. It's a cute place to do hw or business meetings. Today was my first time encountering a rude employee , which made me get up and leave. I had been sitting down for almost a hour or so , when I sit down I sit criss cross applesauce or with one leg under my other leg. I was in a meeting when one of the ladies ( I didn't get her name but she is a average size brown skin woman with a bob type hairstyle) came up to me and said I needed to put my legs down. Me and the person next me (someone I didn't know ) was very confused, I go to coffee shops all over Houston and have never had anyone say anything to me about the way I sit. I put my legs down and but she continuously stared at me and keep walking by and then proceeds to tell her coworker that she had to correct me. This made me feel very uncomfortable and I just left. I don't think I would be visiting here anymore

Sat down at a table with my laptop to do some work and they told me that the section I was in was only for non-profit organizations. The whole section was empty, not a single person sitting down there. But they made me move, knowing that there is no where else to sit at all. First time coming here, and never coming back.
