My friends and I love Capone's! Nima's customer service is always top notch! The food is always great & consistent
The service was terrific per usual, though they could NOT find my OpenTable reservation! Incredibly, they were able to seat the four of us for 7:45pm dinner on a Saturday - very surprising given they're usually packed. We ordered the lamb special, chicken parm, eggplant parm and the short rib pasta. My eggplant parm was a bit undercooked but was still decent. My husband's chicken parm was rubbery - they immediately cooked him another one (FYI he has ordered this same meal at least a dozen times with no issues). The lamb chops were outstanding, and the shortrib ravioli was tasty. I recommend Capone's but reservations are a must - even for lunch!
Great late-night spot for good eats and good music. Perfect date atmosphere and the pizza is really good! Food came out hot and fresh! Definitely recommend.

Wow the food is simply amazing. Had the wings and mushrooms for appetizers and the mushrooms are so good. Also had a pepperoni pizza and the lobster ravioli. I can't not say anything about anything we ordered.
JESS was absolutely amazing! She definitely has the best customer service skills Ivd seen in years. Extremely passionate about her job. It was my first time here and I had just arrived from Austin Texas. This is my new favorite pizza spot I. HOUSTON.

Sorely disappointed by Capone’s. Long wait for the food, we are talking 45 mins. Appetizer came with the mains so we didn’t even have that to snack on.
This is not a high quality pizza, more pub/drunk food. Pies were greasy and bland. The Italian sausage wasn’t fresh sausage, it was the cheap processed stuff. Better pizza places out there, so avoid.
The bookshelf toilets were cool though.

I’m a frequent guest for the past few years. Love the pizza! The night we came 10/5/24 11pm was a bunch of little girls there that was making a lot of noise & destroyed the ladies bathroom had tissue all over the floor. I didn’t even know kids was aloud here. Nice atmosphere as far as the decor & building/bar. Young Male Host at door was friendly. Female bartender mid. Sat at the bar & ordered pizza Togo.

I don’t don’t know, I just really didnt like what I ordered or how they made my drinks either. I ordered a jalapeno, 3 meat pizza and a mescal mule and they tasted awful. The establishment is a smaller one but that wasn’t a big deal, the service was very poor. It’s located in an area where there are several restaurants that surround it. They were all packed so perhaps I should have chosen one of those places specifically the Thai place as my dining option. Lol. Always trust your gut. Also, it’s in upper Kirby so it’s not really centralized. You’re driving a bit out of the way just to be disappointed. Parking is free and they do have security that patrols the lot to deter break ins so that good. But wasn’t enough to make up for the quality of the food. It gave Nostalgic elementary school cafeteria flavored pizza, the ones that were cut into rectangles and had no real flavor or depth and that were often soggy. The drink tasted like they poured it out of a can and said “oh our bar tender expertly crafted this cocktail”. Lmao! Will not be returning but will check out the Thai place because it looked very very busy.

I've been here before and had a great time!! Great pizzas and drinks!! I recently dine here and had the calamari it tasted not fresh and very unappealing. Then I had the spinach and artichoke dip that would compare to Spackle ....it had no real flavor and was not appetizing. Now th pizzas ? were on point and incredible !! Great price on bottles of wine and great service... I would go back for the pizzas and wine!!

We wanted pizza and decided to give this restaurant a try. We happened to go on a Monday which is half priced pizza night!! We began our meal with crab stuffed mushrooms..delicious! No skimping on the crab in these. I would return just for those…but then the pizza came. Ingredients were fresh, nice crispy thin crust and hot and cheesy. Will definitely return..Tuesday night is pasta specials I think. Thursday half priced wine!! I understand there is live music on some nights as well.
