I ordered from here on Uber Eats to pick up myself. I later found the 1 star reviews on Google andcan attest that they are completely accurate. I definitely won't be returning to order from this location again.The personnel at the counter was not very professional or attentive after I arrived and had given my name. He seemed to forget that I was waiting for my order to be prepared although there were no other customers present. As I stood there and watched the food finally come out, he simply tossed the bag back onto the shelf as though I wasn't present and watching how the food was being handled. There was also no attempt to even try to close and secure the bag in a neat manner. In the event that I had this order delivered I would have been inclined to think the delivery person may be at fault when it was all on the restaurant's handling of my order.I ordered two of the medium grilled italians and was given two sandwiches with meat and cheese which clearly the italian should include other toppings. The quality of the meat seemed fair but was difficult to eat considering the lack of toppings that were advertised to be included. If I had paid extra for additional toppings then it would have been even worse to consider not receiving extra items which had been paid for.This place is in need of some serious personnel and management review. Very disappointing experience!

Never order from here, ever. I thought I’d ordered Capriotti’s through EZ Cater for a lunch I was hosting, the food was to be delivered at 11am, confirmed and reconfirmed. At 11am I received a call that the order could not be completed and would not be delivered from EZ Cater. There was no one available at the restaurant to talk to and EZ Cater could not reach them either.

Poor restaurant. I’ve given them two more attempts. After 30 minutes they cancelled the order.Do not order from this place. It’s best they go out of business.

The only reason gave this 1 star is because this location does not actually exist, we drove here and still had to drive 30 minutes to the right location, this place definitely needs to do better with their lines of communication with customers

Complete waste of time. I order from them through Uber, my driver shows up only to call me and tell me they don’t have one of the items. I provide an alternative and she calls me back and tells me they don’t have that either. Finally I am informed they literally don’t have any food to offer. Why did it take for my Uber driver to show up for them to figure this out?! They should have called an hour ago and notified me so that I didn’t waste an additional hour trying to get dinner. Very disappointing considering I grew up in the northeast and was excited to see Capriotti’s offered here. Will never waste my time again.
