Nacho and Alex C took care of us tonight at Caracol tonight. One of the most amazing dining experiences ever!!!! I should have taken more pictures of the drinks and dishes! Probably the best whiskey sour I've ever had on top of some magical cocktails that are just in the bartenders head. Never made it to the main courses, but highly recommend!!!

Sunday brunch...Very well-prepared seafood. Mexican seafood but not too spicy or hot. Very good use of seasonings. Every dish was cooked perfectly. No underdone or overcooked seafood. We have this often. Today, October 27th, they presented many new dishes.

Too many restaurants get 5 stars that don't really deserve them: this restaurant easily deserves 6 stars. It was over the top. It truly is one of the best venues in Houston. So much attention is poured into details from the physical setting to discerning gustatory embellishments on food choices that are not lost to a discriminating palate. You can't go wrong with any menu item. The Tres Leches and the Robalo con Mole Amarillo were so incredible that I was laughing/smiling...
