First time eating at Carlitos Fast Food and I must confess that I didn't think the food would be more than average, but I was pleasantly surprised. The food was spectacular, I had not eaten such a tasty patacon de pernil since I left Maracaibo! Carlitos' attention was wonderful, attentive, kind and cordial. This place is incredible, the best burgers of all, the full moon is incredible, the flavor, the bread, the cheese, the Tumbarranchos are crazy exactly like in Maracaibo, there is excellent parking, they have a very, very comfortable place adapted to cover you from the cold or the rain, the attention compared to other trucks is first class and best of all the prices, there is no waste, totally recommended

I just bought a cabimera from a widow and I was horrified at what they charged me. Almost $20 and for the widow or arepa without ANYTHING, I already gave you a photo and they charged me $2 plus tax. With a few more cents I can buy a kilo of bread flour. And I get 30 arepas of the same size. Why do they have to scam like this if in this country inflation is almost zero if we compare it with ours. We are a large family that loved eating there. WE WILL NEVER RETURN. Such a good selling point and they risk losing customers.

The service and people were very nice. I don't speak Spanish but they were very patient with me. But the American Burger I had was extremely dry. My daughter's burger was also dry. The meat seemed to jusy crumble in our mouths. My bun also tasted "old". With a cost of over $13, I was very disappointed, especially given the high reviews they've received.
I was so hungry and asked for a Venezuelan Hamburger, it was so full of flavor and so big!, just eat half of it, I recommend this place if you’re in Katy or even Houston area, worth the drive to this food truck! 100% ?
