First off this is a 4 1/2 star review, only because I prefer my Carnitas a little crispier. So I've been looking for the best spot for Carnitas for awhile now. I may have found it. It's 12.00lb, I ordered 1/2 lb. which was a steal. The Catnitas were very moist with a little fat mixed in. The seasoning made it super tasty and very authentic. If you are looking for authentic Mexican cuisine you can find the best carnitas tacos with Mexican sauce come to 17355 FM 529 between Queeston and Barker Cypress. they are there every weekend. Great service too.
