Carrabba's Italian Grill

Carrabba Cinco Ranch fired me after 10 years because I reported harassment and discrimination... they said my valid complaint was an "argument" and a"fight" instead. I was yelled at and cussed at in spanish, and made fun of because I was bald, almost on a daily basis. Carrabba's said it was a just a joke and that I was just trying to argue and they fired me. They tried to twist it all around and make me look like the bad because I was upset about the situation and them not doing anything about it. This woman has been harassing me for years. This is new management that has been there 6 months. They don't care about harassment, discrimination, or give a crap about hard work and loyalty. They're into the cutting people's pay (hours and sections) and collecting bonuses. They made it very clear that they didn't like how much we were making. They went after older staff that had received raises beforehand. The new management doesn't work and sits on their phone for pretty much the entire shift which blows my mind, I have never seen that! Everybody is leaving or got fired after a years working there. People shouldn't have to worry about their jobs and pay, or being harassed. Sadly, this is what the place has come too. Some workplaces will never understand that when people start resigning, ‘the job’ is rarely the problem. The lack of support, lack of respect, lack of pay and lack of quality management is. New management is a disaster that doesn’t care about their guest or their employees.

Food was delicious. Tuscan grilled sirlion was soft, tender and well cooked. Salmon capperi melted in your mouth. Fettuccine Alfredo was tasty. Topped it off, with a Cannoli cake for two. Simply put, a great family dinner with my wife.

appearance - this location is cute. It’s fun and different.

atmosphere -that atmosphere is alive, especially with a good crowd and company on this Thursday afternoon.

Service -is a completely different story
The server is very attentive, within seconds, the drinks, the food, all great, super hot food. super nice staff. Definitely coming back here again.

We had so much fun here. Not sure if it was a combination of family that we had not seen in a while, or if it was more because of the actual food and environment. I think it was a combination of everything. Food, service, everything was great. We lacked nothing the entire time we were there. Keep in mind we are out of town residents, I only have visited this place one time. But the service and food and everything was quite stellar. If this place was around the corner from the house, I would definitely find myself here a few times a month.
