You can certainly tell this is a franchise, because I know Johnny and his mother wouldn’t allow it to be this awful. This place is filthy and the staff is pretty grungy! The bar top is so sticky your plates and glasses stick to it. If customer areas are this dirty just imagine the back of the house and the kitchen. The service is the worst service I’ve received in a long time- the tea is so strong I’ll be buzzing all day, the soup is too cold to eat and the server brings the bread and spices but no evoo. This place needs a deep cleaning, more staff that are qualified to wait tables and have proper hygiene. Such a shame but I’ll be driving to Voss or Kirby next time.

Just when I thought carrabbbas was my go to after the Olive Garden ignored me and had me waiting like a clown….and also served someone that came after me while I’m there waiting. So here I am walking in and it’s like I’m invisible, it’s cool that the place can be busy but why be understaffed on a weekend. Anyway I have lost all hope for italian food in Texas. Hopefully someone keeps quality Italian food alive in Houston. Maybe Hasta La pasta sounds like a good try.

Takeout doesn’t work well. No available parking, so you have to go inside anyways

Food was good. Dining area felt cramped and service was nothing special.

The a service was incredibly slow and food wasn't very hot and a person with our party ask for chicken fettuccine and instead of chicken they got pork.
Not worth the price.

We had our names on a list, although it wasn't a reservation. 😶🤔 But we were seated very, very quickly within 1 to 2 minutes ! We beat the Valentine's Day crowds and had an early dinner (5pm).

We got the Valentine's Day Meal for 2.

The bread was fresh and you can never go wrong with the evoo.

The shared appetizer was the fried calamari with excellent garlic lemon butter and spicy marinara dipping spices. Unfortunately, you could tell that we got a serving from a bag at the bottom of their freezer - you know, that older frozen flavor! So, not very appetizing.

Next was the soup round and my tomato basil and his chicken noodle soup were both piping hot and full of flavor alongside that fresh bread.

I got the chicken marsala and parmesan truffle fries which were cold straight to the table and I returned. When the plate came back, nothing had moved and it was even colder... The kitchen hadn't even bothered to microwave the plate!?! Cold chicken is the worst! So the entire plate went into a to go box 😐

He got the sausage rigatoni with al dente pasta and the seasoning and spices were on point...such a great dish.

Lastly, the dessert was a gently sweet, double stacked chocolate brownie with vanilla bean cream and super rich chocolate shavings.

While the calamari wasn't fresh and the chicken was cold, the date wasn't a bust. The hostess and wait staff were very customer oriented and on their game, so they lightened the inconvenience.

Still, a good Valentine's bite.

Soooo, My daughter and I went last night half the stuff I tried to order wasn't in bc they didn't have their truck in... First there was no bread, then I ordered the steak and shrimp pasta, that was out.... I had potatoes they were scorched... They were going to give me us a free dessert.. no cheesecake.. My daughter just ordered whatever. VERY FRUSTRATING

What a HASSLE!
I'll try to make this brief but the service provided by this Carrabba's is beyond disappointing.
Catering order was placed on a Friday (20th of December) to be picked up at 6 pm Tuesday Christmas Eve, that's a reasonable time placed ahead if you ask me. Upon arrival we were told that they didn't have any order in the system, they couldn't find it at all. After some time they finally found it and we ended up waiting nearly 2hrs. The manager mentioned that we would receive some compensation, at the very minimum $100 back for the mishap and very long wait time. Long story short we never saw anything credited back into our bank. I called again after the holidays passed and spoke with Olivia Fuentes (catering manager). She mentioned that she wasn't aware who took the order over the phone since she takes care of all catering orders, and that the night of pickup Pauline must have been the person who attended us. Regardless, she said she would follow up with Pauline and get back to me. I've called several times again and can never get a hold of Olivia AND i've also emailed her. I get it, everyone is busy.... but don't tell me you're going to do one thing and not follow through with it, if that's the case just say sorry for the long wait time. We spent right around $500 (sub total) for basic catering dishes AND I even included a tip the Friday the order was placed. I can't believe this business doesn't have the decency to at least refund me the tip smh....
P.S. i hope i don't get a response saying "we're very sorry, please contact us at ....... so we can resolve/discuss... etc etc" because i've tried getting in touch multiple times.

The server was slow and inattentive. We sat for 15 mins with no refills. I had to get up and ask for refills, to go boxes and the check. The food was subpar and tasted old and dated. Dropped a Benjamin on the food alone, won't go back.

Today I felt betrayed, I had really high thoughts on the food of Carrabbas today I going out the Italian sauces are frozen, we asked a Mac and cheese for our autistic kid, that’s one of his very few choices of food at first we where told they out of the cheese sauce by a mean waitress I was very confused my wife makes a great cheese sauce in minutes I was in an Italian restaurant but they can’t make it we asked for the manager and she explained us their cheese sauce just arrived and is very much frozen, I usually go to the one on Kirby but we live very close to this location and been here many times and never had this kind of experience before FROZEN CHEESE SAUCE

Pat was just the server we love…chill, but attentive and helpful! We don’t love overbearing, checking on us so much we can’t carry on a conversation.
