The only issue we had that made me give them 4 stars and not 5 is that about 30 min after we got home we noticed we forgot our debit card there after we paid (in the black case). We immediately called the restaurant and received zero help or understanding to our nervous state of mind. We only got an answer that they will call us the next day if it should be found... Well, i refused to wait and immediately cancelled the card because it is not an appropriate answer and i was scared it had already been stolen. Disappointing

Avoid this place! They tow cars parked out front while you're eating inside.

If you’re a meat lover then this is the spot for you. Food was awesome and plentiful. I chose the full experience which includes 15 cuts of meats and access to the fully stocked salad bar. A word to the wise, 5 percent salad and 95 percent meat. We were in a group of 12 so they put us in a room with a few other big groups. The problem with that is that the room is pretty small. The meat servers had to squeeze their way in between tables. That means you might miss your chance at first dibs on the meat. Other than that i recommend anyone to check this place out. Bring an empty stomach!

Pretty mid, I’ve gone to a better Brazilian steakhouse, the waiters where very sweet and friendly and the restaurant is beautiful but the food is just not for me, the meat needed more flavor, the empanadas weren’t baked they where deep fried and didn’t look much like the picture the salad bar is pretty good, I got some Alfredo and some bread and that did taste good. Overall I wouldn’t come back.

Had Maleya as our waiter yesterday, not once did she refill our drinks, side dishes or asked if we were doing ok. I understand its Valentine's Day, and it's busy but leaving us alone for 1 and a half hours is ridiculous. We had another waiter covering for her in between, my girlfriend even mentioned that he was upset at Maleya for her incompetence. Food was decent that day, meats came out well done, still good but overcooked and dry. Long time customers of this location and after taking a break to check out a competitor's new location near Katy it was sad seeing how far off Casa do Brasil is in customer experience.

Menu lists 15 meat choices. You'll get maybe 7 or 8. If you want a certain meat, you'll have to ask for it. Weekend prices are over $60 a person. There is a salad bar included, but remember: if you partake, no room for steak.

I came here a few years ago and it seemed better than it is now.

I’m so disappointed. I chose this place to celebrate my birthday, and it was the wrong choice. I had a party of 13. We were stuffed in the back room with 2 other larger parties and several other tables. The temperature in the room would go from extremes of very hot to very cold. There were so many people in the back room that it was a struggle to move around in and out of the room to get to the salad bar and side dishes. When the servers brought meat to the table, they had no choice but to lift the meat over our heads or over our shoulders, resulting in juices from meat, pineapple, etc all over my clothes. I was wearing white, unfortunately. Also the servers do not look at the red vs green cards. Because the outer side of the table had their cards on green, the servers constantly asked if I wanted meat even though my card was on red. It was so frustrating, because when the other side of the table had their card on green, no one made the effort to serve the meats. I had to ask our server to get meats served at our table. She asked me to specify what I wanted; I appreciate her for attempting to resolve the issue but that was not the experience that I signed up for. Lastly, it took about an additional hour for them to serve the cake and we had to chase management down to get our checks. I couldn’t give this place 1 star because the food really tasty. However, I had to share that horrible experience. I would have much rather them tell me to book my reservation at an earlier or later time because they cannot handle multiple large parties. Extremely disappointed.

The hostesses were nice. The servers were very inattentive. The food was not good. I’ve had better steak at chilis. We ordered a filet mignon and got the cheapest, driest, flattest, piece of steak. Overall would not recommend.

After dining at the Casa do Brasil in College Station (excellent food and ambiance!), I was pleased to learn that Houston has a location near the Galleria (Sage/Westheimer). so we dined there to enjoy their full experience selections.
The Houston Casa do Brasil has similar meat selections - beef (bacon wrapped or plain fillet mignon and rib eye are delicious), lamb (chop, yes!, no lamb sirloin), chicken, grilled shrimp, link sausage, and delicious grilled pineapple.

Ambiance is probably better near the live music (closer to the front); seating near the EXCELLENT salad bar and clean restrooms are nice, but compared to the Casa do Brasil College Station location it's a bit cramped. The Houston location will always have customers because at least FOUR hotels and a church surround their corner anchor (to strip center) location.

Service: although it was surprisingly hit and miss with the gauchos (had to flag them down with requests a few times 😅), our table waitstaff was VERY attentive. Being crowded (and less spacious) probably made it difficult for the gauchos to check on each table or hear us when we wanted something they immediately had. Appreciated the Happy Birthday flan at meals' end! We will definitely return 👏.

Dietary restrictions: Request your concerns and they'll work to accommodate them.

Brazilian style churrasco but not Brazilian taste. Farofa was too dry, aipim frito didn't taste great, and at times it felt they used mix powder to prepare pao de queijo e mashed potato. Don't get me wrong, I would go back there for the service, atmosphere and the meat served. It's just that the sides don't have the Brazilian taste. In general, margaritas served in Houston restaurant come with more to drink than the caipirinha they prepared and price they charged. It's not my favorite restaurant for Churrasco Brasileiro, it is a solid 4 star restaurant.

Would not go here, not because the food or service is bad or anything but the parking situation is bad. A predatory tow company operates the parking lot for this restaurant who would tow your vehicle illegally. I would not risk paying ridiculous amount to recover my vehicle for the sake of having to dine in here again or for picking up food. The owners should do something about the parking contractor here.

I am not one to give my opinion but I had a bad experience at my house in Brazil. I just want to let you know that today 11/29/24 I went with my family and when I left the restaurant I realized that they took my truck. I went and complained to the Vale parking guy and he told me that he didn't know anything but that they were taking cars. It is a lack of respect and a bad experience since they are forcing you to park with the Vele parking guy. Just because they want you to pay for the parking. They already have a dirty business there since if you don't park with the Vale parking guy they call the tow truck and I have the proof. I hope that the owners of the business take into account what is happening there, they are taking the cars to make free money.

Don’t come here unless you want to get your car towed for $300. Ridiculous. You can see past reviews saying the same thing and it’s still happening
