We stumbled upon this heaven sent pasta god today at the farmers market near river oaks, and let me say!!!! I haven’t had Bolognese this amazing since I was in Venice!! I am so thrilled to have discovered this gentleman and what we bought was SO simple to cook and seriously so flavorful. Would highly recommend. 10/10. We will be purchasing the homemade pasta and bolognese sauce again! Cannot wait to try his other options! Thank you sincerely from a foodie such as myself. Bolognese is one of my all time favorite dishes! 🤩

I am a vegetarian and I must say the salad was exquisite and the vegetables were beautifully displayed on the plate and awesomely seasoned! The portions were generous and the dessert hit the spot. The entire meal was truly delicious.

All I can say is HOLY.....CRAP...this is by far the best hand made pasta I’ve ever had! From just noodles to ravioli to God only knows what else I need to try hands down the absolute best! Folks there’s good...there’s great....there’s awesome....and then there’s a whole other lever that words have not been created for. This company is on that level! Try it....I dare you! Good grief I just ate so much I’m about to fall forward. This, my friends is what life is really all about!
