I stopped in for lunch to grab a 2 piece fish and sides. When I say this place puts their EVERYTHING into their food...I mean it. Seasoned to the gods and piping hot. The only downside is that this is my last day in Houston for quite some time and I wont be able to experience this again in the near future. 10/10!

Food was soooo goood!!! I went for breakfast right when they opened before the rush, chefs kiss. The oatmeal I tore up in 2 minutes, so creamy and flavorful. The French toast and eggs was amazing too. I didn’t want to stop eating. I’ll come here anytime I’m in the area!

I have taken my family here multiple times. The food was great and a friendly staff. Some of the best cornbread that I have had. We had and enjoyed the wings, chicken and waffles, catfish, and as mentioned, the cornbread.

They take the time to explain food options, offer recommendations, and actually get to know their customers, which is rare and appreciated.
Being greeted by name always makes my day, and it says a lot about the care they put into building real connections with their clientele. On top of that, the food is consistently excellent. I’ve never had a bad meal here.
