First time at this location. Food tasted good but the employees were not friendly at all. They were not welcoming at all. Didn't even try to smile even when I was being friendly and saying hi. Made me feel like I was bothering them by coming in. There were no other customers there so its not like they were in a rush.
I will definitely be back as this was my first time trying Cava. Vari was amazing! He's very patient and provides excellent hospitality skills. He allowed me to create a bowl with the ingredients that I like. He definitely has great customer service skills and a great personality.
