I went in and patiently waited for service. When someone did show up behind counter, I was ignored and employee took the next guest even though I clearly was in front of line without bowl. I almost left without food. I’m glad I didn’t but I definitely won’t be returning

Just ordered a 20$ bowl and got terribly fatty chicken. How do you charge that much and not provide quality chicken? Disgusting. Never ordering food from here again.

The food is great! However, I would love to come once and not have to fight tooth and nails to get my pita chips fresh when I ask for it. It's like pulling teeth and talking to a robot. Customer service needs some work.

What is the hype at this place? Over rated and the ingredients are cold mushy and very unpleasant to eat! 😬
I went into the location today, and didn’t have a great experience when ordering. I spoke to the manager and he was addressing so I wouldn’t have written a review on that. However, upon eating, the food was incredibly salty and tough, pretty much inedible. Meat seemed to have been sitting out a while. Maybe this place is better for lunch when the food is fresh, but I’m super unimpressed.
