The first time I had Cava was 2 weeks ago and the steak was great. Today the steak was nothing but gristle and not edible. I had to throw it away because I couldn't chew it. The steak had no seasoning. It was horrible. I wasted my money. I drove 2 hours because we don't have one in our town. Plus the young man making my Steak and Feta Pita was incredibly rude. Definitely won't be back.
Great selection of fresh items to build your own Bowl. Friendly helpful staff. I will eat here again.
My only complaint is the cleanliness of the inside seating area. To be fair I arrived at the end of lunchtime and they clearly do a bustling business at this location, but the table I sat at was sticky and needed to be cleaned.

I go often for lunch. The service is always great at this location. The food is always fresh. The staff is wonderful, especially staff member KK. I placed an online order for pick up and it was ready as soon as I got there. She was able to accommodate me with a last minute change/addition to the order with no wait.
