After a rather serious medical visit in town, we needed a comfort food lunch and a place to meditate on the day. Cava's menu was perfect and Jonathan at the Winston Salem NC location was super kind and helpful. He had our food ready in no time flat! The outdoor seating provided a quiet atmosphere away from the music inside. We will be back again to enjoy the good food when our hearts are not so heavy and we can enjoy a nice lunch surrounded by such nice staff.
This CAVA is only for people who are walking around the medical center. If you're driving just get something else. It is SO inconvenient.

This place is clearly a local favorite so expect a line to get your meal. Or order online ahead of your arrival and save time. Their app is worth the effort to earn free meals and discounts. The beverage selection is by far the main reason we go. No high fructose corn syrup! Fresh fruit beverages at the fountain dispenser could use some attention after 2pm, I hate when they run out. Great value. They do need some help at the front of the food line to keep dishes moving efficiently....
