If you want to eat probably go to any other Cracker Barrel in the nation and you'll be better served. Lauren (the manager) is completely useless and very rude. The customer service SUCKS and don't count on getting a refund cause they won't give you one, even when they refuse to make your online order. I'd give this place 0 stars if I could. It would be a better place to eat at if it burned down.

Went on Easter Sunday. Put my name on the waitlist at 1:50 P.M. and got a text saying we were 34th in line and the wait was around 50 minutes. Got there at 2:25 P.M. and checked in. We were not seated until 3:45 P.M. I understand it was a holiday and they may have been short staffed. But the wait was way to long and no communication has to what was going on. As for the food, it was okay. My wife had chicken fried chicken and said the gravy tasted like a mix. Her fried okra was mushy and just didn't taste right. Others said their meal was okay. Service was slow but I'll chalk that up to being short staffed. Who knows? Maybe next time they'll get a higher rating.

Went on a Thursday because I wanted the turkey and dressing special. The waitress was extremely nice. The turkey portion was smaller than I remembered but it was surprisingly filling. They had run out of green beans and it wasn't even noon. What? Opted for fried okra. Everything was delicious.

Good food as always but very LOUD! The kids were screaming everywhere. Our waitress was not the best. We had to ask for bread and refills on our drinks. Not at all the usual customer service we've had in past. However the cashier was extremely nice.

Incompetent wait staff. Never seen a server walk and work as slow. He also couldn't figure out the machine to take our orders. Food was below average.

Terrible and insanely slow service - I came here today with my family and when our server came to us, we placed our drinks in. One of us had ordered a cup of hot tea and our server only gave us hot water without the tea bag but said he'll come back with it. We reminded our server two times for it within the 30-40 mins we were waiting for our food to come out. The second time we reminded him for it he said "yeah we are running out of a lot of things today" and when the food came, he acted dumbfounded that he was missing some our orders so we confronted him and he just proceeded to ask if we wanted to speak with the manager. When our food came, there was no silverware's and napkins for us and forgot our side orders and gravy sauce for the country fried steak and chicken out that our party ordered. management did not offer to comp our meal despite how horrible the service was and how long we had to wait for our drinks and silverware's to come out. The restaurant did not seem busy at all and we saw our server taking a new tables order before getting us what we requested to him prior. Even 1 star don't even cut it with this kind of service. I would give this a negative star if I could.

I don't know why I keep coming back. Every time I order to go my food is wrong- every time. They leave items out. Charged me for food that I didn't get. I complained and they say come back well give you the right food but by the time I drive back, the food I did get is cold. I wouldn't complain but it's every time. I recommend that if you eat here, dine in or check your food before you leave. You would think that the last 3 times I complained the manager would talk to his employees but, no.

Went to breakfast this morning. Wasn't terribly busy when we got there but business really started picking up before we left. Service was very slow. It took almost 45 minutes for us to get our order. There was only three people in our party. There seemed to be enough servers but I think the kitchen staff was lacking. Our waitress seemed to working hard but she wasn't on the ball with our table anyway. I had to ask for coffee twice and never got it till we were finished eating. She brought coffee to the regular coffee drinkers at our table but I have to have decaf. No problem getting it in the beginning but when she came around just after the meal was served, I was nearly out and asked for more and she said okay but didn't bring it. I asked a second time halfway through the meal and again, it never came till we were done eating. Everybody had to wait on me to finish my coffee. It was a bit hard swallowing my food without anything to drink! She apologized saying the kitchen staff was lacking, but the times I asked her for coffee she seemed flustered like I was putting her out. She was probably upset with the kitchen staff only, but it was transferring to me. As far as the food goes, it was okay. My husband didn't get his syrup right away and by the time we could get her attention, they were cold. My grits were like eating mush. I wish they offered some kind of hash brown potatoes. Not real fond of the hashbrown casserole. I think they do a much better job during lunch and dinner. Will probably go back but will think twice about going for breakfast.

horrible service, person who took us to our chairs forgot our menus, we had to ask for them like 10 minutes later, i wouldve been more understanding if it was busy but in reality it was like 10 families in there, after 30 mins of no one taking our order we left, I miss when this place had good service

I placed a catering order online. The confirmation email and text both directed me check in at one of the curbside spots. You'll even get a link to check in with the spot #. There are signs directing you to those parking spots. However, apparently, you're supposed to go to the back of the store to the white sketchy, not labeled, closed storage unit instead. I followed the instructions and checked in. 20 minutes later, I called the number they gave and no one answered. Grabbed my kids and went inside where they told me to go around back to the "white tent". #1, update your email and text instructions. #2, add signs for catering if you're supposed to go to a different location. #3, why didn't anyone come tell me this OR answer the phone??? If I didn't go inside I'd probably still be sitting there because no one CARED enough to tell me where to go.

Terrible experience I showed up there with my two small kids excited to get them the pancakes we waited for over an hour for a basic breakfast meal it wasn't even busy at all I def felt racially profiled while I'm there with my kids they even felt unwelcome we'll never be back

So, I love Cracker Barrel, but the manager, Will, just runs this location poorly. The tables aren't bused quickly, so you sit around with dirty tables all around you. The service is slow and lacking in effort and quality, meanwhile servers are standing around not being attentive, much like the manager. Food is so so, even for Cracker Barrel, which means not good even by their standard. Basically, no need to come back to this location.

Highly disappointed with the food overall, quality and taste. My family and I will definitely not be coming to this establishment ever again. Waffle House here we come!
