This place was REALLY good I came here a lot. The popcorn shrimp and Cajun fries are super good. I'm so sad it closed?

This is my second time dining at this establishment. During my initial visit, I neglected to capture and share photographs of my meal. However, on this occasion, I remembered to do so. I placed an order for the platter, which was freshly prepared upon receipt of the order. I also ordered the seafood gumbo, which was delectable.

Experience/Environment: The kiosk was pretty run down. I would invest in cleaning up the store front to make it more inviting and tidy.Price: Decent for seafood.Food: The catfish and shrimp was pretty good. You can taste the flavor. More seasoning would’ve made it even better. Fries were good too, once you added a little salt. The house sauce they seem to be super proud of, wasn’t that tasty to me. I dipped a fry in it then tossed it— sorry.Service: The lady was hard to understand and not exactly nice. I mean, she’s kind. The food is always good here, but the service is absolutely terrible. The Asian woman that works the register is always in a horrible mood and is incredibly rude.

I asked an Asian lady working on the register to give me another sauce I will purchase if needed but she said no. There is not customer service here. They are just laughing and talking. We used to love eating lunch but not anymore.

The food is all delicious & cheap.
The Seafood Gumbo is cooked superior, the FRIED Seafood Dinner Huge Portion & cheap.
The food taste expensive but is extremely cheap. Great place to relax for an 1-2 hours & eat more.

I would not order seafood boil takeout from here. They served the snowcrab boil in a plastic container that wasn't properly closed and the sauce seems to have melted the plastic bag and it had leaked sauce all over the mall floor! Def not the right type of packaging for something this wet.The cashier was nice n let me choose '2 corn 1 potatoe' for the snowcrab boil, but the kitchen lady insisted she cannot do that and insisted that if 2 corn then 0 potatoe. Not very good service n honestly a small piece of corn/potatoe doesn't cost them much to swap.The sauce was also super salty but at least the crab meat was decent, which is the only reason this is getting 2 stars.

In Galleria food court. Very very tasty, well seasoned and fast service. I had the butterfly shrimp basket. Would def eat there again!!

Catfish is fire. I won’t even lie but the customer service is literally so bad it’s almost unbelievable

Crawfish & gumbo were the worse my family & ever had. There was also a long wait. Don’t recommend (Galleria location).

Came all the way here in vain. Their website displays their business opening hours from 11:00 am but it was way past that time and the man that was working there didnt want to take my order and completely ignored me. If he does not want to work, he should quit. He is taking away several customers from this food establishment.

I went there at around 12:15 pm on a tuesday to order my meal and there was no one there. The lights were on and the website said they opened at 11:00 am but there was no one on the front desk even though it sounded like People were in the back. It was such a waste of time.
