This place has so much potential, it’s just not there yet. The first thing I noticed was that the music was too loud, making conversation challenging. In fact, the server couldn’t hear me, which was quite frustrating. The server & food runner were improperly trained & made simple mistakes. The appetizer crab cake was delightful, as was the kale Caesar salad, but the snapper was over cooked & drowned in a butter sauce which was so disappointing. The bathroom was not well maintained. Feels like the GM isn’t paying attention to details. Hope this turns around because the place is cute & should be a hit.

The food and atmosphere was phenomenal! The service not so much. I was literally the only person in the restaurant and sat at the bar and the bartender was not friendly, never introduced herself, and spent a loooooot of time outside smoking and when she did come inside she walked by, didn't acknowledge me, went in the corner of the bar and was on her cell phone until she went outside to smoke again. I felt awkward asking for another drink, so I didn't as I didn't want to bother her while she was on her cell phone.I'd give it another try based on the food but I'm not rushing back with so many good places to eat in the area.

As much as I loved it the first time I got completely turned off by the smell of sewage where I’m trying to eat. My first time here the food was awesome the Brussel sprouts and fried goat cheese salad was amazing. Sadly I went back expecting the same experience and the restaurant smelled so bad we had to eat outside which was not a good experience at all. A

arrived late to meet work friends for happy hour. the ladies were not given happy hour menu nor did they ask for one. when we checked out at 630, we realized it so asked about happy hour pricing + who I assume was manager bc there was no introduction applied $16 discount on tab. worst margarita I’ve had so opted for a sangria - wasn’t good either. both drinks are usually hard to mess up no matter where you go. spinach dip was okay. brussel sprouts were good. wings were okay too. they don’t validate parking.

Disappointed. Horrible customer service. Service started off great then became nonexistent. Makes no sense...it wasn't even busy. Food was alright. Some parts of the order never came. Just disappointed. Recommend going elsewhere.

This place has been bookmarked for a while for me to try. I got there 6:45pm on a Saturday and the restaurant was at 15% capacity. There were maybe 12 seats at the bar and 2 were occupied at the end of the bar. I sat in the middle. The bartender, Sam, was unprovokingly rude and condescending. She made drinks directly in front of me literally slamming the mixers together instead of using any other area of the bar. She spent majority of the time yelling orders to the staff as if she was completely overwhelmed by the amount of patrons. I initially asked her what happened to the risotto and she stated if its not plated then they ran out. (Why wasnt this communicated prior to me receiving my entree?) She became argumentative when i sent my food back telling me the rice i received was risotto. I dont argue with fools so my response was ok.I got the maple glazed salmon which came with vegetables and spanish risotto. Any person in their right mind knows this is not risotto. The salmon which i asked to be medium was cooked well done and tasted spoiled. I got the district as a drink and it tasted like concentrated lemon juice (i let my ice melt to dilute it).Im underwhelmed and appalled by my experience. Replace Sam.

Theater date night with my husband, we decided to give this place a try. Unfortunately, we were unimpressed, and I don't see us returning. Our server lacked knowledge of the menu which resulted in us not ordering an appetizer (bruschetta) that we wanted to try. The appetizer we did go with (grilled octopus & calamari) was really bland. We had to ask for salt. The calamari was rubbery but the octopus was cooked great. The whole dish was just missing flavor. For our entrees, my husband went with the fried goat cheese salad, and I went with the pancetta shrimp carbonara. These redeemed our disappointment with the appetizer. They were much better. At the end of our meal, the server came back and cleared our plates without asking if we wanted anything else and then went MIA. We wanted to order dessert, but because we couldn't locate our server and we were already disappointed with our visit, when she did finally show back up we just asked for the check.

Great meal ?Excellent service ?Food (or rather, drink) for thought: not every craft brew connoisseur loves IPAs; some of us are already too hopped-up on coffee and would rather enjoy a good stout or at least an amber ?Your bartendress said she's been trying to tell y'all that. Maybe it's time to listen to her ??Thank you so much for a delightful afternoon experience ?

Just walked out. Was the only customer indoor and couldn't get service. We're pretty big spenders and tippers. It's unfortunate we couldn't get so much as a hello at 4 pm on a Sunday w/no customers indoors. Don't waste your time here when there's so many other deserving establishments that are worth your coin.

I wanted to book a date night out for my parents and Cellar 7 came up when I was researching in the area. I’m so glad I gave this a shot! They said the atmosphere was lovely and the food and cocktails were incredible! I can’t say enough great things about their service. Ador answered the phone when I called to pay for their meal in advance and was extremely helpful and communicative from start to finish throughout the evening. I would highly recommend Cellar 7 for their amazing service alone!

My fiancée and I were initially thinking we'd eat at the Market part of this establishment on a Sunday night and discovered the adjoining restaurant. The server at the register of the Market was helpful and explained one was self-serve, the other side full service. We were heading to an event in 2.5 hours, so we figured we could do the full-service Cellar 7. We were greeted by the bar tender upon entry and the server from the register also served us. The crowd was light (2 couples at the bar, 2 women at one table seated) and possibly 2 servers working. I know that can lead to either a good experience or a horrible one, although it seemed appropriate with the guest #s. Our server was kind and professional. We had an extended wait to order because he was working both sides of the establishment and the order once provided took an extended time to arrive. We began to question if it were entered at one point, but it came out. My meal was a stuffed Chipotle chicken with broccolini it was served wonderfully hot and was delicious! I enjoyed it all. My fiancée on the other hand had salmon with a glaze, spinach risotto and sweet potato chips. He was not as excited about his meal, he was not able to taste the glaze that was to be on the salmon and we both imagined the sweet potatoe chips to be more than more of a garnish topping. However he enjoyed the risotto and he ate the rest of his meal, we did not believe we would have the time to make any changes or request glaze without being late to our next stop which was in waking distance. Overall, we enjoyed each other, the atmosphere was great, service was not horrible at all, but could have been better. We understood that our server was working multiple roles. My food was great, my fiancée had a so-so experience but we felt that it is worth another chance. We still had a good time together, although we did not have time to order a dessert, we'll be back.Parking: Parking on the street is free on Sunday, due to the time we elected to eat. We were able to find street parking, not sure of other time frames.
