Just excellent Tex Mex. I travel to the Houston area often. This time my wife came with me. She said she now understands why we don’t get Mexican food at home in Ohio. She said her avocado crab salad was excellent. My chili relleno was fantastic as were the rice, beans, guacamole and pico.

We used to go to the Chachi's in Kingwood to celebrate events and also just to dine with our family. Never again. The manager and another coworker there that backs him up all the way is very RUDE. Their nonchalant behavior will be the reason why we won't be returning. I will also be spreading the word to friends and family to stay away from this place.

The food is excellent. My husband and I enjoyed it. The only thing I was a little uncomfortable because one employee kept staring at me in a judgemental way but other then that the waitress and waiter were nice that we had and the food was delicious.

Never again. The chicken flautas were AWFUL. The chicken looked like cat food. It reminded me of the cheap chicken taquitos that you can buy at Costco, the waiter confirmed that the restaurant buys them frozen and premade.The service was fast and the queso was good, but not good enough.The audacity to put frozen taquitos on a plate and call them flautas is wild.

had the carnitas. nothing real flavorful about them. there are much better carnitas available at other restaurants.
Called in to order to-go, when we got home we noticed the bill was wrong. The receipt did not have a list of charges, just a total amount. Called in to confirm pricing and were hung up on. Called back and asked to speak with a manager and he gave pricing and we let him know that our bill was not correct. He proceeded to hang up on us again. Called back one last time and were yelled at and immediately hung up on. Portion was small, fajita burrito had no meat. We were charged for large margaritas and served in a small child-size cup. We even left a generous tip. Will never go back to support this local restaurant.
