Drove from Katy to get a breakfast taco pulled up to order my order at 630am no answered me to take my order so I pulled up to windows where a lady comes to windows and told me they have a big order and can't make my order so I asked her u can't make me one breakfast taco she said no and closed the windows in my face. Now if she had better cs is probably already made or is making the type of taco I wanted im sure making my taco would have been about same time she took to talk to me to make my taco COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME AVOID THIS PLACE FOR MORNING SERVICE THEY ARE UNDER STAFF AND CANT GET FOOD UNLESS U PLACE A BIG ORDER THAT MAKES THEM TELL EVERYONE ELSE THEY CANT PROVIDE FOOD FOR THEM

The food was nasty an I saw one of the cooks taken out the trash with his gloves on that he just server food with an didn't change his gloves and the workers in the back have an attitude the restaurant was very dirty I'll never go there again It use to be the spot back in the day

Says 24-hour drive-thru and dine-in. Absolutely false, the ladys was standing by the window talking. Doors were locked, the drive-thru blocked off and they weren't answering the phone. Why promote 24 hours if you aren't going to go by those hours. By the way, it was multiple cars trying to get food.

I order Drive Thru food at least 1-2 times a week. They got my order wrong many times. How can steakhouse beef and chicken be mixed? But they get beef money when they get their money. I waited for them to get the wrong order at least 5 times until I made this comment, but enough is enough. I ask them to be I hope they take this message seriously and act more carefully
It's crazy that y'all are opening your doors back up again, but only want to hire Spanish speaking individuals or when majority of your clientele speak ENGLISH!

My son and I went through the drive-through and I was happy to see that they were back open, but I was disappointed in the house fajitas. We were charged $22 for a pound, which was not a pound of fajitas and it was overly peppered, very limey and dry. We can’t even eat it so I just wasted $22 on nothing because I have to throw it in the trash. I’m a little disappointed but the tortillas were good, and the pinto beans were good. The service was not great. The woman was a little rude at the drive-through. I think if they just worked on these things they could do great.

If I can give them zero stars I would, we just went through the drive-through right now and been there for 20 minutes. The Sign sign says 24 hours and this restaurant has terrible customer service. We’re honking at the employees through the window. No one acknowledged us and I called numerous of times and nobody picked up the phone. I will never ever go back again terrible.
