Horrible service I waiting in line for 20 mins I got to the speaker and no one answered so I drove up to the window ! A tall black guy with grey hair came to my window and asked “what you want “ I said I wanted to steak fajita nachos the one for 16.99 . He said idk which one is that you should have stayed at the menu . I said just give me whatever one is 16.99 he walked off from me and went to the cars behind me and started taking orders . So I waited to he walked passed me and ask said “you not gonna take my order “ and he said no you need to go around . So I waited at the window until he acknowledge me . And he still refused to take my order so I asked for a mana and he slammed and lock the window ! I won’t be back to this location and he needs to be fired it was not reason for me to be treated that way when I did nothing . Please find a new location I’m not happy at all

I loved Chacho's breakfast. Now I realize I only love the 610 south location's breakfast. I stopped at this location, and now I want all of my money back!! RAW potatoes, hard overcooked bacon, bland eggs, and no coffee. Shameful.

They told me they were closed even though it’s 24/7
We had the large nachos and it was enough to feed four people plus, it was delicious. There was sour cream,guacamole,and jalapenos for add ons. Y'all check this place out!

Miss the chachos prior to Covid,food more often than not is good.The service is great if I assume the man around 30’s is at the window takes your order other then that quite a few of the other works especially the lady with blonde hair always are very rude.Like we inconvenience them to come to the restaurant.I work in the service industry and can’t imagine behaving this way towards respectful customers.
