Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

I recently had the pleasure of being served by Lulu at Charley’s, and I can confidently say she is one of the best employees I’ve encountered. From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome.

Lulu’s attention to detail and friendly demeanor stood out throughout my visit. She was knowledgeable about the menu, provided excellent recommendations, and ensured that every part of my meal was enjoyable. Despite the restaurant being busy, she remained attentive and efficient.

What impressed me most was her ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining a positive attitude. She went above and beyond to accommodate special requests and made sure everything was perfect. Her professionalism and enthusiasm truly enhanced the experience.

Lulu is an asset to the restaurant, and I will definitely return because of the exceptional service she provided. I highly recommend visiting this location!

This place was a really awesome facility. The staff were nice and patient. We ordered for two people and got the food pretty quickly and it was the best cheese steaks phillies I probably ever had. The ladies that served us were really nice. There was some trash in the corner and outside of the place but other than that it was fine. Overall that's why I rate this place 4 Stars.

There needs to be a movie called “Charley and the cheesesteak factory”! Forget chocolate! This is sandwich GOLD!

These ladies are fast and GOOD.

I did not realize that it takes this establishment 30 minutes to prepare a small order. The so called “manager” is rude and the system they go by is either not updated or they are just incompetent. I ordered the same time as my buddy and he got his food 10 minutes before me not to mention we put our order online before even arriving. My order was wrong but I did not have time to wait for them to correct it. New management is needed replace the one with a little hoop earring and sassy attitude.

I was really disappointed with the portion sizes, especially for the price. For $20, the sandwich had way too much bread and not nearly enough meat, which didn’t feel like good value. The cheese on the fries also didn’t meet expectations—it reminded me of the processed cheese you’d find at a kids' birthday party in the '90s, which wasn’t what I was hoping for. The wings were decent, but it's frustrating that you have to pay extra for the dressing, and unfortunately, the ranch didn’t taste great. I think there's a lot of potential here, but the quality and portion sizes definitely need to be addressed to justify the prices.

i arrived at 9:40 pm and saw that they had already locked the doors for the night. chairs up and lock on door. very unprofessional. did a manager allow this early closure???

The amount of meat you get fluctuates more than Houston weather. If you dine-in they do it correctly, bc you can complain. If you're a pick up order, they really don't give a damn.

The cashiers take ages to acknowledge you, while often having the audacity to speak rudely when they finally do.

It WAS a good location to visit but the people they're bringing in now, don't care to be there so, I guess we shouldn't care to spend money there.

Placed my order on Uber eats fought with Uber eats they didn't do anything called the manger she said that everything was perfectly done every time and defined her staff and said she couldn't do anything having super high blood pressure super salty was cold soggy dry I gaged a few times after taking a few bites the chicken doesn't even taste or look like chicken I've had it better elsewhere

I purchased a Philly Cheese sandwich 11/2/24 with everything on it. When I got home and checked my sandwich, it only had meat and a little bit of cheese on it. I called back and spoke with the female in charge and reported my issue. I told her who took my order and she spoke with the male and he lied and said, he told me they didn’t have mayo and lettuce. He never mentioned they were out of those condiments. If he had, I would’ve gotten the sandwich. She asked what could she do to make it right? I asked what did she think? She said, she could not give me another sandwich, but could give me fries or wings. I said, I didn’t purchase fries or wings. She said, sorry she couldn’t give me another sandwich. So, I told her I wouldn’t return to their store and would post my experience on their website. I’ll get my Philly Cheese Steak at another location. If you use this store make sure you check your sandwich before you leave.

First and last time to try this place out. Ordered online and it stated my order was ready, but it was not. Had to wait about 10 more minutes only for my order to be wrong and have hardly any cheese. How does your name have Cheesesteak in it, but hardly serve any cheese or steak on your sandwich? It was mostly bread, dry and I requested banana peppers which were also not on my sandwich. Maybe they forgot them with the cheese and extra meat the sandwich was supposed to come with?

The staff was so nice and the food was absolutely delicious! I would recommend the new Kim Chee Philly sandwich!

If i could leave a negative star rating i would. How are you goin to tell the customer we dont have large drinks even thou that's what i paid for and then give a attitude and tell me we dont have large and dont even refund me.

I went 6/20/2024 @ lunch time. I order the original Chicken Philly. No mushroom with grilled tomatoes. SUPER GOOD LIKE TONY THE TIGER GREAT!!! . Was on point who ever that was on the grill you got some skills❤️?? I would go back.

Wings have always pin on point. The ownes of the development need to fix the parking lot. Tripped on uneven concrete and smashed my face but saved my hotwings
